Israel are vaccinating at an incredible rate of around 1.5% of their population every other day. To put that in perspective, France hope to have 1.5% done by the end of February!

The approval of the Oxford vaccine has been completed. That will most certainly speed things up as it doesn't need to be stored in special facilities due to temperature.

Plus it is dirt cheap compared to the others, so we will be vaccinated for a fraction of the cost of the Moderna vaccine.

Efficacy results may be lower but it has been totally effective in lowering the symptoms and keeping people out of hospital.

France has vaccinated 322 people.

Nope, there aren't any zeros missing. Three hundred and twenty two people.

@Fozzy Political affiliations aside, please would you point out what is "untrue"

To be honest, cannot remember as I think I only got to number 7 or 8. My point is that the Labour party have offered nothing during the last few months and are a bit of a shambles as they are opposition in name only. He doesn't really have the right to try and score points when he can offer no ideas in return.

It's a bit like "Vote for me, we have no idea how to fix this either but haven't the government done a terrible job, so let's remove them and have more of the same".

The whole political scene is a disgrace at the moment.

Generally @Fozzy Starmer has been ahead of the curve. making suggestions on what SAGE has published but then ignored by Boris, until it's too late, he has to make a U turn. I am sorry @Fozzy, Boris has failed the UK big time both on Covid and Brexit lies. If you think what Boris has done is OK with you, I am then sorry you are missing the reality of what is happening.
