He should do quite well with them, provided he isn't rusty and is able to get them away from the danger zone of League One.

I'm not sure he will be able to spend as he likes, but they've got some good players at their level and, he could always make use of their academy which is decent enough. It's a bit of a surprise appointment as he tends to prefer teams who are more stable/mid-table.

I wish them well with avoiding relegation back to League Two.

good to see him back in management but i hope some of our lot dont suggest we could have got him back.

I wouldn't fancy taking on his job, when did he last manage 2018? If I remember right he was at Bristol City for some time. He didn't do that well with Birmingham.

He should do well, he's the type of manager that can re-group players and get the best out of them. Look at Nigel Clough, Steve Cotterill is similar. At this level he's one of the best.

Good appointment for them, I still think the club will go down but should recover in League Two.
