  1. I’m looking forward to listening to this soon and finding out if it’s worth my time or not. I hope it’s as entertaining and informative as the videos that the club produces, but just in an audio format.
  2. The team has shown that they can compete with the best, and they have the potential to finish in a strong position. Notts has consistently delivered outstanding performances on the field, showing incredible skill and determination. With their talent and dedication, they have what it takes to secure a strong finish and compete with the best.
  3. Luke Williams is a significant improvement in terms of management. It’s clear that he values building strong relationships with the players, which must help motivate them to go the extra mile to win games. All the players seem to respect him - even John Bostock has praised Williams’ management style, saying it’s the best he’s experienced in his career. That’s high praise! I think Williams has done an excellent job so far, but the real test will be in League Two. The coaching staff needs to keep up their hard work and research the opposition well - it will pay off.
  4. Sam Pearson looks like a solid player. I’ve seen some fans on social media complaining that he doesn’t have many goals to his name, but that could change at Notts! Even if he’s more of a playmaker, I still think he would be a good signing. It might not happen, so complaining about his lack of goals seems silly to me.
  5. Ross Fitzsimons is terrible. He has a chip on his shoulder and acts like a sulky teenager throwing a tantrum. He really cost Chesterfield the game at Wembley.
  6. Welcome back, @Fan of Big Tone. I remember seeing your username when I was active here and it’s great to see you’ve returned. Like @NottsTastic and me, you were upset by a silly comment but missed posting.
  7. Welcome back @Canadian. I hope to see you post more and get to know you better.
  8. Jodi Jones is a class act. I hope he stays at Notts.
  9. So, I've been mostly reading the site since 2019. I've noticed other members returning and decided to give it another try. I enjoy the site and never intended to cause drama. It was frustrating when someone commented that we were on drugs. I'm more mature now and while I don't think the comment should have been made, the fan did apologise and I accept that. I should have ignored it and continued posting on the forum. This isn't an announcement, just a note to say that @NottsTastic and I are back. We hope you'll welcome us. I've changed my name from KingVanaramaPie to KingWilliams. I dare to use the manager's name for once - something I wouldn't have done before! No way! I'd have had to keep changing it.
  10. I think Notts will win, I just don't think it will be a result that massively helps as I think the other clubs will do well too.
  11. Notts have to win this, I would take a draw but I just don't think its good enough at home.
  12. This was a game Notts should have won and with tonights victory over Carlisle, it makes me more disappointed TBH.
  13. Get in there Notts! People who call Hemmings will be in love and creeping now.
  14. A draws a draw, nothing wrong with that if 100% is given but better defending is needed against Tranmere. I hope Neal Ardley has a clear plan of action.
  15. Match day! hoping Notts can pick up the first 3 points away on the road with Neal Ardley.
  16. I think Notts need to be stronger and more careful on the ball than they usually are. Tranmere have improved a lot since returning to League two, they look a good side on their day and Neal Ardley makes me unsure. I hope he can get them playing well but I think it will take time.
  17. Think people wont because of how dull the game was, Notts and Morecambe was equally as poor as each other.
  18. I have a good feeling about today, I think Notts will do well.
  19. Another three points and I will know I am dreaming!
  20. Back to back wins would be surreal affter this start to the season. King Kewell is turning it around!
  21. I just want to see Notts get that first win, if they play like they did against Stevenage and cut out the errors at the back it could happen against Stevenage. 2-0 Notts win.
  22. I think Stead looks better in the team this season with better players around him, he's also thrived under the competition of Dennis and Hemmings replacing him.
  23. Notts have to start going out thinking they can win games, it's all about confidence and they have to see the way is playing forward. A positive mindset is important, okay the club will concede but the focus has to be on winning. The losing streak needs to be broken now before it sets in, I worry that Kewell may need longer. He needs to take a chance and hope some of the other players, especially the younger ones pay him back.
  24. The pressure of promotion may have had something to do with it but this can't be used as an excuse either. Losing games takes impact and it grows harder to break, winning seems impossible and Notts have fallen into this trap.
  25. The players are not playing like a team should, Hemmings should have scored but how he got the shot away in the first place does show how hard it was. I wonder how long Notts will keep losing, things need to change quickly before the gap grows. 5-1 isn't acceptable but I have faith.
