  1. I wish Joel Taylor all the best as he begins a new campaign with Chester. At this stage in his career, it would be best for him to try to settle down and play as much as possible.
  2. There are rumours circulating that Ruben is leaving Notts for Derby. Some Notts accounts have tweeted about it, but one notorious account has since deleted their tweet. It’s difficult to know what to make of these rumours. Many people seem to be talking out of where the sun doesn’t shine. We’ll have to wait for official confirmation before we know for sure.
  3. Sam Slocombe is a very good goalkeeper who suits Notts well. He works well with Tom Weal and Luke Williams and I believe he will continue to improve any issues he may have. Having Super Sam for another two years is fantastic news!
  4. Welcome! I hope you like PON, @Lydia.
  5. It’s impressive to see teams like Doncaster Rovers and Shrewsbury Town achieving promotions after their playoff successes. Their hard work and dedication paid off in the end.
  6. I know who he is, and I wouldn't fancy tangling with him! But he does seem like a right good laugh though.
  7. Cracking signing, indeed! I think he'll make quite an impact at Boston. His performances for Notts showcased his immense potential, so let's hope he can really flourish in his new surroundings. Wishing him all the best in this exciting new chapter!
  8. Good luck, Jake Reeves! I think he did a smashing job when he played for our side. It was great to see his talent and spirit on the pitch. Here's to hoping he continues to excel in his career! ????
  9. Quite the non-league wanderer, innit? Thought he'd be kickin' about at a loftier level by now.
  10. I don't fancy Stockport getting promoted; I'd rather we face them and outplay them. However, the top team will triumph at the end of the day. Best of luck to both sides.
  11. Hello, @Zski. Welcome to the Pride of Nottingham. ????????
  12. Welcome! Hope you settle in well and enjoy the site, @BlackandWhitePie.
  13. I thought Aaron Collins showed some potential, he just needed more playing time. It wouldn't surprise me if Wrexham is considering him for the striker position given his Welsh background and good performances for his past team.
  14. A warm welcome to @Bee, happy to have you on board with us!
  15. Hi @Stuart McNeil, welcome to our group! Can't wait to get to know you!
  16. Welcome to our community, @HarryNCFC0! We're glad to have you here!
  17. This is great! Football is for everyone. No team is more important than its supporters. A little kindness can make a big difference. I hope England does the same.
  18. I have read PON for years. I didn’t read it every day, but I came back when I saw @Fan of Big Tone was back. Things change and sometimes what made you upset goes away. But you think people still remember. I am happy to be posting again. I don’t think anyone missed me, but I am glad to be part of the group.
  19. Welcome to Pride of Nottingham, @Ohh Tommy Johnson. You will like it here once you get used to it.
  20. I don’t like it when fans of a team suffer. I hope Wigan finds a way to move forward. They used to play in the Premier League and did well. But since then things have gone downhill. It makes you wonder if being in the Premier League is worth it.
  21. Is this because of COVID? Many teams are having a hard time. Could they not just use volunteers to play?
  22. Born and brought up in Nottingham, I'm too young to make my own decisions, but I'm not far from being able to relocate, which I likely will do once college is completed. It all depends on where I can find employment.
  23. Joel Taylor's goal from the video and their list of videos by Notts is undoubtedly the finest goal, only surpassed by John Bostock's against Wrexham.
  24. You couldn't fabricate any of this; it's a complete debacle. Said the Nottingham Live editor. ????
  25. This is a huge boost for Notts County. Jodi Jones is an incredible player who can add a lot of value to our team with his passes and runs. He was sensational during his loan spell and I’m glad he’s staying with us for longer. He’s got a lot of speed and trickery and he’ll be a key player for us.
