  1. Welcome to PON @Callumpie. Hello from me. ????????
  2. Welcome to PON @Samuel Morris. Hello from me. ????????
  3. Williams' approach of individualising training sessions is commendable. It's crucial to recognise and cater to each player's unique strengths which will undoubtedly aid in their development.
  4. Ever since I rediscovered PON, I haven’t looked back. The previous call to action prompted me to join, and a wave of members did the same. It was pleasant, and it would be nice to see some of these fans give PON another chance. The site can only grow with the contribution of others. For those who are not registered, I would say, dive in. Introduce yourself, relax, and be welcomed by many friendly and considerate fans. Start by posting once or twice a day, take a break, but when you return, check your notifications and start participating again. It’s a great community, and I’m grateful to be a part of it.

  11. Hello, welcome to the PON site. @Max Roberts I hope to see your comments in the future.
  12. We do have to cut Williams a bit of slack, he's trying to get a handle on things. Let's rally behind our boys instead of spreading negativity.
  13. His take on improvement after that second chance truly shows Morias' hunger for perfection. A sign of a true athlete, never resting on laurels and constantly seeking ways to better himself.
  14. I love O’Brien’s humility, like how he attributes the victory more to the team than his own performance. Classic team player!
  15. Brilliant game! The Magpies have made me proud. Crowley’s assists were top-notch. Onwards and upwards!
  16. Keeping a close eye on Langstaff and Orsi in this match. Both are in fabulous form and could very possibly tip the scales today! COYP
  17. Notts perform well when they’re not under pressure, but teams are starting to figure out how to fluster them and convert that into scoring opportunities. It seems we’ve done little to alleviate this or simplify our approach. Focusing on the basics could make it much easier to handle pressure from other teams. If Crawley opts for a direct approach tonight, sending balls behind our defence, we need to stop trying to pass the ball and clear it by any means necessary. We’re a good team, so it’s understandable that there’s frustration when Notts make things harder for themselves. I believe we need to stay focused under pressure, make sensible decisions, and avoid leaving our goalkeeper exposed, even though we play a high game. We need to put in the effort to cover, observe how the game develops, and respond more quickly when things open up.
  18. What an inspiring tale! Wendy's passion and allegiance make us all proud to be part of the Notts County community. Meanwhile, her charity work truly shows what it means to be a good sport, on and off the pitch.
  19. Personally, I feel the problem isn't just lack of inspiration, it's a lack of leadership. It starts from the bench and it's just not trickling down. As others have said, maybe it's time we shook things up a bit?
  20. I appreciate Williams candidness in the face of such defeat. It's not often we see leaders admitting to their team's shortcomings. Still, it's quite clear that a rethink is needed on how the team can regain the intensity needed in future matches.
  21. I couldn't agree more with Crowley’s sentiments. He's been instrumental in driving the Magpies to new heights, and his passion for the game is truly infectious. Keep shining, Dan!
  22. The amount of psychological preparation that Williams involves in his game plan is refreshing. It's not just physical readiness, but the mental game that counts in matches like these.
  23. Loved the way we played in the first half but second half was a bit of a let down. Think we can do more.
  24. The lower KOP, on the Sirrel side, is an excellent location for this to be implemented. A significant number of seats in the first row are already damaged and have been removed. When I noticed this a few matches ago, I speculated that it might be in preparation for the introduction of safe standing. I would prefer to see segmented areas rather than entire sections dedicated to this. Having zones would be acceptable, but I’m curious about how season tickets operate in other countries.
  25. Jodi Jones is definitely a rising star. His energy on the pitch is infectious and he's a great asset to Notts County. What an experience for him to play at Wembley, no doubt a career highlight!
