  1. Notts County fans, never stop being the fantastic crowd you are! Your support is invaluable.
  2. A real rollercoaster of a game! The constant tug-of-war between the teams was thrilling, to say the least. It shows just how much fight Notts County has within them, refusing to back down even in moments of uncertainty.
  3. It's great to see players like Jones developing so well, Keep up the good work!
  4. Dan Crowley’s performance on the pitch is nothing short of seamless. He is the kind of player who effortlessly displays his prowess without any need for ostentation. He is a footballer of exceptional quality, who maintains a neat and tidy presence on the field, always putting in the hard yards for his team. This season, he has proven to be an unparalleled addition to our squad, standing head and shoulders above all other signings. This is not to undermine the contributions of Jodi Jones, David McGoldrick or any other team members. However, Crowley has managed to fill the significant gap left by Ruben Rodrigues’ departure to Oxford United with aplomb. His arrival has not only bolstered our midfield but also added a new dimension to our game. His vision, technical skills, and work ethic have been instrumental in enhancing our team dynamics. In essence, Dan Crowley has emerged as an indispensable asset to our team this season.
  5. I am assured that Notts will perform admirably and achieve a favourable outcome. I would prefer Aaron Nemane to sit out this match rather than subsequent ones. This way, his record will be cleared for future games. I am hopeful that his replacement will be able to execute quicker throw-ins. We can do without penalties for slow throw-ins, as they are not beneficial. I am anticipating that Jodi Jones, Sam Austin, and David McGoldrick will all be in the starting lineup. I believe Macaulay Langstaff will make his mark on the score sheet. Here’s hoping we avoid any hitches and do not end up with a draw or worse.
  6. David Pipe I believe. ????????
  7. Hello, welcome to PON @Laura Griffin. It's nice to see a new member on here.
  8. Hello, it's good to have you here on PON @Ryan Raynor.
  9. Excellent work on fitness and mindset by the team and kudos to the coaching staff for putting it all together. Keep up the good work, Notts!
  10. This is such refreshing news! Investing in youth development is an investment in the club's future. Good luck to Notts and all the young talents.
  11. It will be a close game unless either team buckles under the pressure. This game would be perfect for Sky, but they seem slow off the mark in choosing their games. Despite hating BT Sports, this game would have been picked with the foresight of it being an interesting clash. If we pass the ball to Macca or if someone else creates an opportunity to score, we should grow in strength. If we concede, that is where it might become harder. Otherwise, it’s two decent teams trying to get their share of the points.
  12. Adapting, learning and improving. Crowley is the epitome of a footballer at the top of his game.
  13. An excellent opportunity for Notts County to consolidate their position. Hoping for a win.
  14. Highlight of the match, those two flawless goals by Macaulay Langstaff. That guy’s in top form this season!
  15. Well-deserved win. Accrington isn't an easy team but we held our own. Props to the team.
  16. Accrington Stanley aren’t as good as they used to be. Once they sold Paul Mullin, they just became an average good team. Defensively, they can be quite poor. Place a shot in the top corner, and we will score. There’s no way their keeper will save every high shot on goal. They work hard as a team, but I can’t see them doing much against us at home. Away would be a completely different story.
  17. Who cares? We look good playing this way. Those types of stats mean nothing. Besides, it would indicate a reason for the high possession, which teams usually need to win games. Of course, finishing too.
  18. I wish Cedwyn Scott a speedy recovery. I hope he manages to have some downtime as this is the best thing for him right now. It was saddening to see him going off due to injury.
  19. I think we are at times guilty of being too critical, but maybe not completely negative. It is normal to hold players to a high standard, but the point about just enjoying football is something worth remembering. I would rather see Notts win having played well than complain about a few mistakes and only have that as the focus.
  20. I am so pleased for Jodi Jones. He is one of the best players Notts have had on the wing for years. He is such a talent, and I hope he gets plenty more caps for Malta.
  21. No matter where Notts goes, high or low, I will always be a fan of this club. It also has a double meaning with “way back home”. It might not be to everyone’s taste, but it suits me and Notts well.
