  1. I couldn't agree more with Crowley’s sentiments. He's been instrumental in driving the Magpies to new heights, and his passion for the game is truly infectious. Keep shining, Dan!
  2. The amount of psychological preparation that Williams involves in his game plan is refreshing. It's not just physical readiness, but the mental game that counts in matches like these.
  3. Loved the way we played in the first half but second half was a bit of a let down. Think we can do more.
  4. The lower KOP, on the Sirrel side, is an excellent location for this to be implemented. A significant number of seats in the first row are already damaged and have been removed. When I noticed this a few matches ago, I speculated that it might be in preparation for the introduction of safe standing. I would prefer to see segmented areas rather than entire sections dedicated to this. Having zones would be acceptable, but I’m curious about how season tickets operate in other countries.
  5. Jodi Jones is definitely a rising star. His energy on the pitch is infectious and he's a great asset to Notts County. What an experience for him to play at Wembley, no doubt a career highlight!
  6. Williams shows us that sometimes the grass isn't always greener on the other side. A proud moment for all of us Magpies!
  7. Yes, I’m fully supportive of this, but it needs to be implemented in a manner that lets the club test it out, bearing in mind that additional enhancements could be made without incurring high costs. It must be executed properly. I envision many supporters wishing to stand in the KOP. The Pavis or Family Stands, which are perhaps less active, might not see as much of this, but the KOPites would definitely be all for it.
  8. Hoping to see Short given the chance and to bring necessary changes. Oxford United does not need much direction, and he might just be the one to continue their current performances.
  9. He has everything we could need and Gosling's calibre can only be a bonus. Looking forward to seeing him on the pitch!
  10. I’d be taken aback if any Notts supporters genuinely showed concern. From the radio commentary, it seemed like a challenging match where neither team knew how to handle the ball. Except for the moments they scored, when we let them pass directly. I believe the fan in the background was truly concerned. Did anyone else feel he takes the matches too earnestly?
  11. Great to see Gosling’s enthusiasm for Notts County. His drive could be the spark we need with Palmer's absence.
  12. Commendable spirit shown by Notts. Baldwin has rightly stressed the importance of leadership and unity. Quite exciting to see where this takes them in the forthcoming rounds of FA Cup!
  13. Great signing! Gosling’s tenacity and proven track record can be instrumental for Notts County this season.
  14. Admirable commitment and insight from Williams. Transitioning to a higher division is indeed not a walk in the park.
  15. No matter the result, we're Notts County through and through, thick and thin!
  16. A walk down memory lane for sure! The 5000th Football League match is a testimony to Notts County’s relentless desire to never give up. Here's to another exciting chapter in our club's history!
  17. Notts County reaching its 5000th EFL match, now that's something we should all celebrate. Let's make sure we come away with a victory against Gillingham!
  18. Chins up, lads. Not the best game, but there were positives. Saw some real grit out there, looking forward to seeing how we respond to this defeat in the next match.
  19. I don't believe the formation we began with was helpful, nor was the decision to exclude John Bostock. I don't blame these choices or Luke Williams; I am merely stating that they did not contribute positively to the situation. Notts were exceptionally weak in defense; it was a complete disaster, and two of their goals were scored into open nets! We require improvement for Tuesday.
  20. Agree with Williams - league positions don't define the match’s outcome. What matters is mindset and how efficiently play is executed on the pitch.
  21. As for Luton Town, I’m not remotely concerned. It was intriguing to watch them ascend each season and earn promotion, but that’s where my interest ends.
  22. Darren Moore should perform well, in my view it’s a long-term endeavour but if he persists, he should be capable of improving their luck.
  23. Everyone needs to calm down and stop making a fuss about everything. We’re leading the League Two table, yet some are fixated on blowing this out of proportion. My worry is that this might perpetuate the situation, so let’s put it to rest and hopefully, everyone can mature. To those tweeting Connell Rawlinson on social media, kindly refrain. Otherwise, people might delve into your social media past and it might not be as spotless as you presume.
