  2. Welcome to the Pride of Nottingham, @JustLikeJuve!
  3. Come on George, there's plenty of young Notts fans on here. Come join in and share your thoughts on the club. Welcome to the Pride of Nottingham!
  4. It's clear both the players and the coach are on the same page. That's great to see. Onwards and upwards, Notts!
  5. Our manager's reflection on Luton's success is inspiring. It portrays the ambition and planning he has for Notts.
  6. I respect Kyle Cameron a whole lot more for having apologised. Nobody should hold it against him, and I am happy we have moved forward as a club.
  7. Taking the knee doesn’t exactly show support. I fail to see how it’s a sign of support or respect; nobody is being knighted. There are far better ways to promote equality. The issue is, it’s not about that. It’s about being angry.
  8. Hello, @helcat. Welcome to PON and the community here.

  10. Hello, @zaradek. Welcome to PON and the community here.
  11. Welcome to the Pride of Nottingham, web site and community @Sir Magpie.
  12. Welcome to the PON site @NorthPie.
  13. I think form is the main thing for us right now. If we are enjoying our football and doing well, I believe the mistakes and defensive errors would become few and far between. I am not expecting Notts to win every game; I just want to see them make it harder for teams to score. I wasn’t disappointed that Doncaster Rovers scored because we performed well up to that point.
  14. I would like another quicker natural centre-back to come in. I know we have options, but I think it would be a significant improvement. Whether or not I think it’s likely to happen is a different thing. I think Luke Williams may ask the board to hold off.
  15. I think we need to continue so that it flourishes. There is a lot of hype around the club, and it’s good for Notts. We are looking good, always growing, and the fans are a big part of that. I hope it continues!
  16. I haven’t listened to any commentary so far, but I am enjoying the mix of interviews. I think the press conferences could be better, but the post-match ones make me feel like we are a much more important team than League Two tends to be. The questions are very good and more to the point.
  17. Great news for Jodi! He may consider himself lucky to have the goal awarded to him, but as he said in his interview, it had better have been his goal. Thankfully, it was.
  18. The forward line, John's outstanding free kick and Sam Austin's brilliant crosses - what a power-packed game! Fantastic work, team.
  19. Great stuff, @ARLukomski! Really captured the essence of the match in this vlog!
  20. A well-deserved victory for Notts County! One could clearly see the tactical prowess of the team. Looking forward to what they can do against Tranmere Rovers. Excellent thoughts on the game, very fair and interesting.
  21. A fitting victory for Notts! Williams' tactics and the team's dedication were a winning combo.
  22. I understand, I understand, fans often emphasise the impact of an early goal, and in our case, scoring one against Doncaster could have a significant effect. It would grant Notts the advantage and relieve them of the need to constantly create opportunities, allowing them to focus on executing quality football. Such an early goal would place Notts in a proactive position and facilitate their integration into the flow of the match. My confidence in our defensive capabilities remains steady; I anticipate Doncaster will provide opportunities for us to play, aiming to exploit areas where we struggle to maintain possession. However, we must assert ourselves to force Doncaster into granting us playing space. By pressing them to retreat, we can create expanses of open field.
  23. We've successfully ensured Macaulay Langstaff's commitment for the foreseeable future. Hopefully, we've taken measures to safeguard against any unwarranted offers, allowing us to develop alongside his talents. He simply requires a goal to ignite his striker's instincts this season. Once that happens, he'll be in fine form. I'm genuinely delighted that he's committed to a new agreement.
  24. Is he still in employment then? He certainly articulates his ideas effectively and is undoubtedly a skilled coach, but his press interviews are tremendously dull.
  25. Bostock is not just a fantastic player, but also a leader who rightly focuses on how the journey shapes the outcome. The faith and perseverance amidst struggles define the spirit of this club. With such ethos, victory can't be far.
