Black Friday
Some sales are genuine, while others are just made to look appealing. I haven’t visited a physical store to buy a gift in a long time. The closure of many stores has led to an increase in online shopping, and the ones that are still open aren’t ones I would typically visit. The UK high street and shopping centres are a fading industry.

Dan Crowley on Notts County: ‘I Love Playing Here, It’s the Best Time I’ve Had Playing Football’
Dan Crowley’s performances have been brilliant this season and it’s great to hear he’s excited about playing, which only proves the positive impact Notts County’s atmosphere has on its players. His recognition of the crucial role of recovered players like John Bostock and Richard Brindley also underscores his team spirit.

Can Notts County Break Their Away Game Dry Spell with a Win Against AFC Wimbledon?
I must say, Notts County’s journey this season has been something to behold. Their swift climb up to the top end is indicative of a team that's putting their all into every match, reaching for their zenith. Also, feature players stepping up when it matters most have been a significant driving force behind the team's success. While it's unfortunate regarding Jones' suspension, it's heartening to hear that the rest of the squad is fit and ready to go. It helps underscore the team's depth. I'm confident in Notts' ability to turn this into a classic encounter.

Match Discussion: Game 17 - The Railwaymen (A)
Notts must strive for the points, with performances needing to return to a consistent level. A victory over Crewe could serve as a catalyst for rejuvenation. I don't underestimate Crewe, as they should adopt the same approach. Neither our team nor theirs should settle for a draw.

Dan Gosling's Arrival Infuses Notts County with Experience and Excitement
Sometimes you just have to be a part of something different. No doubt, he could play at a higher level, and it's a great signing. His age would see him start to consider his options, and if he wants to play, coming here could prolong his career. Good luck to him.

Warnock Retires (again)
With Warnock’s retirement, we should expect to see him on TV as a commentator, even if it’s not as frequent as when he was managing a club. The response to the chant is fantastic.

Connell Rawlinson ...Out of order on Social Media
Connell Rawlinson might think that Tom Williams is the cause of the problem. He probably doesn’t like Tom because of the negative comments from people who claim to know better about certain players. It’s not really Tom’s fault, he just shares his opinions. However, it can be risky when he interacts with people who are rude, as it can seem like he is endorsing their behaviour. Some of the negative comments about Rawlinson have been responded to, which isn’t a good idea, even if you are upset. There’s a difference between tweeting something that should stay private and responding to rude tweets. It’s easy to see why it might seem like he is the target. I don’t blame Tom, but it would be better if he avoided these kinds of interactions. It never reflects well on you. Connell should block and ignore these people.

From the Stands to the Field: The Impact of Notts County Fans on Match Days
It's great to see how the relationship between Notts County and its fans isn't just acknowledged, but actively fostered. Every cheer, every show of downheartedness at a loss, every moment of anticipation during a close game - all these contribute to making the football experience what it is. The symbiotic interchange of support and performance is unique to sports, and it's heartening to see it so strongly expressed for Notts. Football isn't just a spectator sport - every fixture becomes an interactive experience, which we owe to the fans. Community is an often-unspoken aspect of football, and Magpies' certainly has one of the most vibrant, committed ones.

‘All I’m Really Caring About’: McGoldrick’s Winning Mentality Shines
McGoldrick once again vindicated why he's an integral part of the team. It's brilliant how he dictated the match's rhythm and claimed control from the get-go. His two goals were not only beautifully executed, but they were what set the tone for Notts County. Moreover, his tireless effort and spirit to keep pushing, particularly during the second half, is laudable. It's players like him that craft thrilling football moments. Besides, let us not ignore his wisdom in recognising that we are just nine games into the season. Maintaining this winning mindset would be crucial for the progression of the season.

Faces of PON 23-24: Accrington Stanley (H)
These stunning photos managed to capture the sweet victory and euphoria at Meadow Lane. It's all the more valuable when we recall the four hard years we've been through in the National League. Onwards and upwards!

Behind the Win over Tranmere Rovers: Luke Williams on Notts County’s Resilience and Growth
Rawlinson's modesty is commendable. Despite his important role in the victory, he acknowledges the strength and depth of the squad. This kind of team mentality will be crucial for the long season ahead. I have faith in Notts' ability to continue their excellent performances. The fans' support and the players' determination will surely lead to even more victories. Keep up the great work, Notts County!

Match Discussion: Game 5 - Super White Army (H)
Excellent team performance; the defence looked much more like what we want to see, and nobody should be complaining that Tranmere Rovers scored. I also believe Tranmere did well in spells and perhaps aren’t given the credit they deserve. I do agree, they didn’t perform well enough to take anything from the game, but that is mostly due to how terrible their defending was. They looked weaker than Doncaster Rovers did, in my opinion. I am glad Notts held on to the win, as it would have been unlucky for us to lose such a game we dominated.

Morecambe 3 points deduction suspended
It’s one of those things you have to experience to understand. Notts fans will know what Morecambe feels right now, and I wish them the best. I hope they can find a new owner, as their current one needs blacklisting from football.

Mike Dean - VAR
Has there been any talk of punishment about this? The Premier League needs to take some form of action; it’s baffling as to why he would admit this. If a manager gets in trouble for fielding what others believe to be a weakened squad, players and managers can be fined for bringing dispute to the game. Then Dean needs some form of repercussion.

Notts County secures hard-fought victory over Tranmere Rovers
I am really impressed by the team's formidable defensive display in today's match, especially given the fact that we were reduced to ten men. We had an exceptional start with the early goal by McGoldrick which set the tone for the match. The second goal added by Rawlinson was perfectly timed to double the lead. The team showed immense grit and determination, clearly demonstrating that the will to win is significantly more potent than the fear of losing. Couldn't be prouder of Notts.

Match Discussion: Game 5 - Super White Army (H)
Tranmere Rovers fans are doubtful that they will turn their fortunes around just yet. Now, knowing our luck, they will against us. At least before our current owners, this would almost certainly be the case. I think Notts should be fine. The worst-case scenario in my mind would be to lead, only to end up drawing, but I wouldn’t complain. It’s a difficult game regardless of their league position.

Donny match commentary on Radio Nottm
The coverage for Notts is always enjoyable. I think once they settle, everyone will agree. It’s important that the people who do it are passionate about the club. I am hoping that, in the future, we end up with one or the other full-time. I don’t mind the other filling in; I just prefer to see one dedicated to the coverage.
