  1. Joss Labadie also played for Tranmere Rovers.
  2. This photograph is exceptional, quite possibly depicting one of the most notable Notts squads. While we've witnessed numerous exceptional players, this image encapsulates a true team.
  3. Dave demonstrates excellence; his attire and demeanour leave a positive impression. He possesses a warm-hearted disposition and executes his responsibilities admirably.
  4. He exhibited proficiency in ball handling, neatly concluding his goal and contributing significantly through his hard work. I would need to witness his performance on several more occasions before I could confidently assess his capabilities. Nonetheless, amidst their struggling squad, he managed to stand out.
  5. I believe Red Bull constitutes a concern for football clubs. They inject funds into teams as a method to enhance their profile and accumulate assets. I fail to comprehend their interest in acquiring a team in Brazil. The narrative is intriguing; unsurprisingly, it has sparked controversy. What is striking is its general acceptance. This situation will likely undergo rapid transformation once their interest wanes.
  6. I'm glad to see Langstaff acknowledging the role of the fans, their support is as vital to the team's success as the players on the pitch. The team's optimism and spirit will surely see us through the season.
  7. It's great to see Luke Williams supporting his players and focusing on their improvement rather than dwelling on mistakes. Positive reinforcement goes a long way in building confidence.
  8. The optimism in our chants is mirrored in the team's dynamic performances on the field. Such unity is infectious and truly boosts the team's morale.
  9. I have read stories about Peterborough requesting bidders to put their money where their mouth is and suggestions that Wrexham will pay £500,000 for a forward who has only scored goals in the lower levels of English football. He has scored 8 goals on loan and 1 permanently, but has not scored any goals since leaving Chesterfield. Peterborough should cut their losses if they hope for more money because he is not worth it. He is a good player, but a one-trick pony and not effective at higher levels.
  10. I think it will be difficult for Doncaster Rovers playing at home, but the fans in attendance need to continue their amazing support. Those who moan and have already forgotten how far we have come in such a short time under the Reedtz brothers should do us a favour and stay at home on their computer or phone! The club does not need this while they are transitioning to the football league. Don’t get me wrong, I believe Notts could put together a fantastic display and win. I am just concerned that they will do whatever it takes to prevent us from creating the clear chances we need to score.
  11. Best of luck to Brad McGregor. He looked impressive in the pre-season games he played in, and I hope he succeeds during his loan.
  12. The idea of having live match discussions is a good one. It just needs to be promoted and for members to make an effort to participate. I will keep an eye out for them and try to contribute when I can.
  13. While Kyle Cameron could improve and avoid giving the ball away so easily, among other mistakes, I feel he is becoming a scapegoat. Some fans are demonstrating their disloyalty by singling him out. I can’t stand these people. They claim to value effort over ability, yet they criticise players who give 100% when their ability just needs a bit more support.
  14. Queens Park Rangers 2-0 Ipswich Town Sheffield Wednesday 1-1 Preston North End Cambridge United 0-2 Bristol Rovers Carlisle United 1-0 Exeter City Grimsby Town 0-0 Mansfield Town Sutton United 0-1 AFC Wimbledon Rochdale 1-3 Eastleigh Joker Wealdstone 2-0 AFC Fylde
  15. This is so much more than a football story. It beautifully captures the essence of the bond that can develop over shared passions. Julie's lifelong devotion to Notts, passed down through generations, is a heartwarming tale of unity and faith.
  16. Given the match events, this commentary is on point. More effective usage of our attacking options coupled with a fortified defence could create a different story. Excited for the Doncaster showdown!
  17. Spot on analysis! While our control was commendable, scoring is what we need to work on. Successfully doing so could very well make us the team to beat.
  18. It appears to be end-to-end now that Morecambe has a sense of how Notts are playing. It sounded like they might be content to allow us to control more of the football, but they have gradually regained their foothold in the match. Kyle Cameron needs to compose himself, as he's made a couple of mistakes, and we can't afford for a blunder to be our downfall. Up to this point, there's not much that distinguishes us from Morecambe, but we are generating some promising opportunities.
  19. Team harmony and unity can be game-changers today. I trust that Williams will leverage the diverse strengths of County's squad to secure the victory. More power to you, Notts!
  20. Looking forward to a potential good result and game tonight. Hopefully, Notts can correct their early season blip. Up the 'pies!
  21. Barnsley 1-2 Peterborough United Northampton Town 0-0 Lincoln City Shrewsbury Town 2-0 Burton Albion Colchester United 0-1 AFC Wimbledon Crewe Alexandra 1-2 Newport County Stockport County 1-3 Bradford City Joker Eastleigh 1-0 Barnet Woking 0-0 Rochdale
  22. Grimsby really tried to get under Notts’ skin. Some of their challenges deserved a yellow card, and when the referee did punish them, it seemed more due to their reaction to his decision or a really soft tackle. The way they targeted Jodi Jones made him play with more purpose. He looked like a handful in the second half. Richard Brindley played superbly in the middle of the back three, while David McGoldrick and Dan Crowley were also immense.
