Tony sounds like a true Notts fan. I also hope we can make a return to League One, but I am happy just to see the club building in the right way. That will eventually lead to success. It’s a good story, this one. Well done, Tony.

This is a brilliant story of a fan’s background and history of supporting Notts. He’s right, some fans are fickle, but many are superb and have backed this club all the way. Some just like to moan a bit too much; it’s more about their character. Great story.

Seeing Jim extend his stay is a blessing; imagine if we lost both him and Ruben? While some might not be disappointed with the latter, he is by all means an important squad member.

They have signed a cracking player who can give them an edge in League One. I think Oxford will be in the running for the playoffs, maybe upper mid-table, but Ruben now has the chance to push on with his career. I just hope they don’t end up selling him for a silly fee, as we have clearly lost out.

I am disappointed that he has left for Oxford United. It’s not the biggest step up and I would have thought we could push for promotion. In the end, it should all work out. Ruben Rodrigues has been a vital player for Notts and that is something he will have left behind.

Notts County has achieved a great feat by securing the services of Sam Slocombe, as he could have easily signed for another club. He's an astonishing goalkeeper and an indispensable player for the team, his contributions on the pitch are invaluable. In addition to his skills as a player, Sam is also an admirable person and a leader both on and off the pitch. The fact that he has signed a new contract with the club is a testament to his worth and commitment to Notts County. I am elated that he will be staying with us and I have no doubt that he will continue to play a crucial role in our future success.

Forte was a brilliant player who made a huge impact on the pitch.

One of Matt Palmer's greatest strengths is his calm and composed demeanour on the pitch. As a midfielder, he consistently delivers what is required of him, making intelligent decisions and executing them with precision. Even in high-pressure situations, Palmer remains level-headed, allowing him to perform at his best in even the most challenging of games. His calmness and consistency make him a reliable and valuable player for Notts County.

The Reedtz brothers have done an amazing job in turning the club around and leading us to promotion. Their praise for the team’s mental and physical fortitude is well-deserved.

It truly emphasises the unique bond shared between Notts County and its fans. It’s wonderful to witness such a powerful connection between the team and its supporters.

It was an unparalleled match, and Notts’ ability to bring it back to a draw was characteristic. I feared that penalties might be our downfall until Jodi Jones scored the winning goal.

Luke Williams is spot on in his assessment that opportunities for Notts are at a premium, and this will be even more evident during the playoffs. However, I have faith that the team's quality will shine through and ultimately lead them to victory. I am eagerly anticipating the game. Come on Notts!

Adam Chicksen has been a standout player for Notts this season. Despite a brief period where he appeared fatigued, he has been instrumental in their pursuit of the National League title. With his quick feet and ability to deliver a good cross, he is an entertaining player to watch. It’s great news that he’s been performing so well.

I’m delighted to hear that Adam Chicksen has signed a new 2 year deal with Notts County. In my opinion, he’s been the best left/wing back that the club has had since Alan Sheehan.

What a well written, constructive piece which does provoke thought.

I don't like the fact the title has been lost, it's something if used well can be marketed and that only helps the club who holds it which is sadly our neighbours.

The key is gaining a prompt return to the Football League.

It's got to be the strongest team that starts but we could allow a couple fringe players to safe legs for the league.

Nolan get it all wrong again but he got a reaction after the half time talk.

The players are making it difficult all of a sudden, its like they don't believe in themselves all over again. Terrible defending from the off.

We need to be mindful of them due to the risk of injuries.
