  1. It's brilliant to hear such stories of dedication and loyalty from fans like Paul and Evan Linley. Their passion for the game and their club is infectious; it's wonderful to see how football has a positive impact on families' bonding experiences.
  2. The club's tribute to Vinter and the outpouring of support from fans and former teammates shows the impact he had on Notts County.
  3. I’m not swayed by who he’s played under or with; I’m more interested in his own abilities and I’m mindful of when clubs dress up players of a young age. All the previous signings have spoken for themselves, so I’m a little sceptical of this signing for the reasons I mentioned.
  4. I think Kyle Cameron has a lot more to offer Notts and will continue to improve. I have times where I wished he would be more alert and make fewer mistakes like he did pulling Paul Mullin to the ground. If he can get that fine balance, he will be superb. I do like him and think offensively he’s very good.
  5. It’s hard not to agree, but at the same time it feels unbelievable just how quickly things have changed.
  6. Welcome back David. I’m eager to see how you will perform against L2 defenders. Well done to everyone who made this deal possible.
  7. This is great news for the club and for Sam. He’s been solid for us in goal and deserves a new deal. He’s also a nice guy and a leader in the team. Well done Sam!
  8. As a midfielder for Notts County, Matt Palmer has consistently demonstrated exceptional skill and ability. His remarkable talent for finding space on the pitch sets him apart from other players. At Wembley against Chesterfield, Palmer’s performance was outstanding and truly showcased his abilities. He consistently delivers what is required of a midfielder and his contributions to the team are invaluable.
  9. The club’s return to the Football League is a huge achievement and one that brings immense pride to the fans. The transformation of the club under the leadership of Christoffer Reedtz, Alexander Reedtz, and Jason Turner has been remarkable and bodes well for the future.
  10. Let’s keep our fingers crossed for Sunday! Notts fans have earned a trip to Wembley. After being disappointed in the playoffs and with COVID causing disruptions, a win and a final away day would be a fantastic lift for all involved. Boreham Wood will no doubt have the same hopes, but I believe our squad is strong enough to emerge victorious.
  11. It’s refreshing to see someone like Ryan Reynolds show such class and sportsmanship in wishing Notts County all the best. It’s a shame that not everyone can display this level of graciousness. Well to him for setting a positive example.
  12. I wish the club wouldn't publish brief and rushed content like what they put out on the official site. I appreciated reading this article for the reasons I previously stated. I have reduced my selection to three players, and I will make my decision after Saturday's match on which one will receive it.
  13. In the first half, I don't reckon either side played all that bad. To be fair, Woking didn't truly get on top of Notts. It seemed that both teams took a bit of time to feel each other out. They tried to be more direct using their number 14 to create chances. We were more patient on the ball, but I still feel that Notts had the best chances of both halves. They didn't seem to cause much trouble on goal. I can't recall them having any real chances of concern. Now, this may be my memory playing tricks on me at my age, but I reckon both teams gave a good account of themselves. It just took Notts a little longer to bring out their true class. Once the first goal went in, it was good night Woking. They didn't stand a chance against Notts County's superior skills. Overall, it was a decent match, and I enjoyed watching it.
  14. Although Scunthorpe United may appear to be an easy target, the reality is often more complex. This season's football has been more aesthetically pleasing, but the team performs better when they avoid attempting to pass the ball into the net. Luke Williams, therefore, must communicate a clear message to his players to remain focused on the game and avoid receiving unnecessary yellow cards, regardless of the available options.
  15. A win for Notts could make all the difference right now, if the players work hard enough and want it. It should be enough to get it across the line, Yeovil are nowhere near as good as they have been in the past.
  16. My prediction would be 1-0 to notts, not the most exciting game but enough to keep fans happy.
  17. If he clicks on the pitch, he could be a big, big, big signing.
  18. It's probably the best contract renewal in the last 10 years or
  19. Away games is an area where we could do with getting the most out of. Kyle Wootton is in great form. It's just a loss if Cal Roberts can't start due to fatigue.
  20. Fantastic performance and result. It looked like Barnet might have made an amazing comeback, but the players did what was needed.
  21. Tom Crawford hardly played under Neal Ardley, Regan Booty has been injured a fair length of time. I am not surprised by the list. I did feel Michael Doyle might have had his last season though.
  22. It feels like 09/10 all over again. The squad are doing well, it would be a shame if the coronavirus caused performance issues because the team look like they want to play and score for fun. Once the third went in yesterday, it was game over. Credit to Eastleigh but it shows those who went to the opening fixture just how much the clubs improved over time. Roberts and Wootton look something special.
  23. I'm not sure about the changes but I do feel Notts can win 3-0.
  24. Everyone has to play their part in defeating this virus, keeping cleaning is only part of the problem. When out in public everyone has to do their best to not spread it.
  25. Worst possible result and it looks like the call about a meltdown was spot on. Another day Notts could have won. Neal Ardley just needs to demand better from players during the games, as its a poor display not to give them a game. I just want to see 100% given and I wonder how many can say they did that.
