This match won't be easy for the Notts Women on Sunday. Worcester are fighting to avoid relegation & are sure to do everything they can to frustrate Notts. I'm sure Worcester will put ten players behind the ball and challenge Notts to break them down. On the other hand, Notts will have targeted this match out of their six remaining matches as a game they have to win, if they have any chance of finishing in 5th place at the season's end. I believe that this match should be a comfortable win for Notts. It may be a close first half, but I expect Notts's strength to tell in the 2nd half. Current Table.

Pleased to say we are both feeling much better this morning after a good night's sleep. So we come to another weekend of Match days. The games seem to be coming thick and fast for the men & for the ladies. Can't believe there are just 15 games left for Notts & 6 games left of the season for Notts Women. Will be listening intently to the match today on Radio Nottingham. I think Dave Bracegirdle Mark Stallard have forged a very good partnership together as commentators.

The match against Tranmere won't be easy. They are fighting for their lives to avoid relegation to the National League, being in the bottom three of league 2. They will employ the usual away team tactics at Meadow Lane of getting ten players behind the ball and just rely on hitting Notts on the break & hoping the Notts defenders will make mistakes. Notts just need to be incisive up front & try to get behind the Tranmere defence. It will be vital for Notts to get some of their injured players back from injury. I'd like to see Austin & Whitaker back in the starting eleven. It will be important for the Notts fans to get behind the side. I think that Notts should get the win by the odd goal, but I'm sure it will be a tense encounter.
