  5. The poll has now closed. Thanks to those who took the time to vote. I am pleased to announce that Jacob Bedeau is the Pride of Nottingham's Man of the Match against Port Vale.
  6. Notts Women have had a very successful season to date. They have improved immeasurably compared to last season .They sit seventh in the league on 25 points with 8 wins & 1 draw. Notts have six games remaining, four at home & two away. They have two games at home (Worcester & Solihull) & one away (Lincoln C) being the bottom three teams in the league. Notts have a further three games, one at home (Loughborough), & one away (Leafield) to two top three sides, & a home game against a mid table side (Birmingham) I am sure Notts will be looking to get four wins from the remaining six games, that could give them 37 points to finish with & a fifth place spot, which would be a great springboard for next season's campaign. The first match of the six remaining is scheduled to be at Coronation Park against third from bottom Worcester on 23rd February at 2pm. Notts have nine days to prepare for that match.
  7. This was the goal that won George the award.

  10. Congratulations to George on winning this award. I'm guessing he'll get many more as his career progresses.
  11. Let's hear from the boss.
  12. League 2 table after today's match tonight Notts still in 2nd place on goal difference, but that could change after Saturday's games.
  13. In my opinion, four players stood out from the rest tonight for Notts. My four choices are George Abbott, Matt Palmer, Jacob Bedeau & Rod McDonald. Out of those four my choice for Man of the Match is Rod McDonald, who I thought played pretty well.
  14. A dissapointing result tonight after Notts played well in the first half & could easily have been 3:0 up by half time. A soft goal conceded late in the match was the deciding goal. The match seemed to mirror the match against Vale at Meadow Lane. I have chosen the 11 players that started the match for Notts. Can you choose one for Man of the Match & tell us why you chose that player? Those players are :- Bass, Gordon, McDonald, Bedeau, Platt, Grant, Palmer, Edwards, Johnson, Jatta, Abbott.
  15. Update. Defeat tonight. It's a big setback but we move on. Seven games since last defeat, you've got to score goals when you are on top. It was a soft goal that decided the game and it's the home team that has got it." - Mark Stallard
  16. Update. Update. Goal to Port Vale. Not long after substitutions again. Talk about smash and grab. We've said that Port Vale have been the better team this half.... Notts have been poor but that is a soft goal to concede , so important in the game." - Mark Stallard.
