  1. 20 minutes to go & still 0-0.
  2. Back to it. CMON U PIES!!!
  3. A fantastic performance to hold Peterborough 0-0 at the half way stage. It has been a very good defensive performance because Peterborough as expected have dominated. It will be a big half for the Notts ladies. They will surely tire as the match goes on, but the performance so far shows how far the ladies have come.
  4. The match kicks off I'm using the Posh twitter account as the Notts account isn't updating. Notts are still holding Posh as it is still goaless after 28 mins. Update. Still 0:0 after 40 mins
  5. Notts narrowly lost their match at home to Peterborough earlier in the season. It was a match of two halves. Notts taking a 3:0 lead by half time but conceding 4 goals in the second losing 3:4. The game today will be difficult. Peterborough are one of the top teams in the division, currently in 2nd place & pushing for promotion, having won 11 of their 15 games so far. Notts have improved so well this term & will be hopeful of putting in a good performance against their opponents today, who are very strong & skillful side. A draw today would be a fantastic result for the girls if they could achieve it. Just getting into a position to compete with these top teams this season has been a big step forward.
  6. Your Weather for Sunday Morning.
  7. The match away to Peterborough is going to be a big test for the girls, but the improvement Notts have shown this season gives them some hope they can compete with the best in this league.
  8. It was a great win by Notts against Gillingham, a side that we don't have such a good record against recently.
  9. Welcome to our Pride of Nottingham community @John Wardle Great to have you onboard.
  10. Even though they are struggling at the moment, I still regard Gillingham as a good side, so this Notts win was so important. It's a win that wouldn't have happened last season. The Notts first half performance was up there with the best we've seen from them this season. Notts totally dominated Gillingham & could have easily been 4:0 up at half time. In the second half Notts had a lot more defending to do but they held firm. Being able to hold firm, is an additional trait that Notts simply did not have last season. I think that we have to give lots of credit to Stuart Maynard & his coaching staff for the Notts transformation this season.
  11. Luke Williams on the brink after another defeat.
  12. Great away win for the Panthers tonight in Cardiff.
  13. Tony was simply one of our own. He came back home & helped get us promoted. I still remember a goal he scored from a towering header from a pinpoint cross by Charlie Crickmore.
  14. 3pm kick off results that affect Notts 01/02/25. Wimbledon 1 Bradford 0 Bromley 0 Grimsby 2 Doncaster 2 MK Dons 1 Harrogate 1 Crewe 1 Port Vale 2 Accrington 1 Walsall 2 Salford 2
  15. Updated league 2 table after all the matches on Sat 01/02/25
  16. A good all round performance from the team today. There was a big improvement compared to the last match against Carlisle. The Notts defence & Midfield were as solid as ever when they needed to be. My four stand out players today Nick Tsaroulla,David McGoldrick, Charlie Whitaker, George Abbott. Charlie had is full debut today & I thought he did very well. David McGoldrick was so influential once again & his goal was pure class. David is my Notts man of the match.
  17. Pure class from David McGoldrick for Notts 2nd goal.
  18. A brilliant first half by Notts with two goals which could have been more. In the 2nd half Notts had to defend more but held out for valuable away win. So who is your man of the match out of the Notts starting 11 which are as follows. Bass, McDonald, Platt, Bedeau, Tsaroulla, Abbott, Palmer, Jones, Whitaker, McGoldrick, Jatta.
  19. Early matches. 01/02/25:12:30pm Gillingham 1 Notts 2 Cheltenham 1 Chesterfield 0
