Bad move as far as I'm concerned. I would have thought a wooden stadia would be a bigger fire risk than concrete stadia, but what do I know. I thought lessons had been learned after the Bradford City fire?

Luton Town 2-1 Swansea City???? Plymouth Argyle 0-1 Oxford Blackpool 1-2 Rotherham Cambridge 1-0 Shrewsbury Crawley 2-0 Stevenage Gillingham 1-0 Salford City Harrogate 0-1 AFC Wimbledon Newport 1-1 Carlisle

This is a must win for Notts. It's great that Notts are in sixth place in the league with so many injuries over a long period, however I think they need to take advantage of being at Meadow Lane to get some much needed wins under their belt before Xmas. Notts have been boosted with the news from Stuart that Abbott & Platt are in contention for a return against Colchester & Robertson will be available too. I think that Stuart should play McGoldrick & Jatta together for this game, & I think that Notts should apply as much pressure as they can in the opening 20 minutes. The match is going to be a close one, but with some of our best players set to return, I think that Notts will get the win. I'm hoping for a 2:1 win.

Wishing you a Happy Birthday Shaun. Have a great day.

There a few long termers on here. I've been supporting Notts 57 years. Alex Gibson to Matty Palmer. Some on here even longer. Great to have you aboard.

Seven Assists for Aaron already this season topping League 2 Assists. In hindsight did Notts miss a trick not keeping him?

Happy Birthday Cedwyn. Have a great day. Would be great if you could celebrate scoring a goal or two against Colchester on Saturday.

Welcome to our Pride of Nottingham community @k9muers ????

Update.

George Abbott & Matty Platt are in contention to play against Colchester on Saturday after missing the game Crewe, according to Stuart Maynard, speaking at is pre Colchester presser. Dan Crowley has also been training with the team & is on his way back to match fitness. Maynard. "Dan Crowley's really close"

Junior has pace & I think he could still have a future at Notts. Why not try him as a wingback? Notts need pace in that position & I think Junior could do a job for Notts in the wing.

The poll has now closed. Thank you all who voted & we have a popular winner tonight. The Pride of Nottingham's Man of the Match for his outstanding performance against Walsall is Club Captain, Matty Palmer.

Good evening. Went shopping this morning to get some things we forgot to get delivered on Tuesday. Glad I did. Salmon sides were half price with Tesco Clubcard, so I bought three of them, saved £35. The wife cuts them into portions, bags them then we freeze them. Made 20 portions altogether. Salmon always used to be cheaper up to Xmas as shoppers tend to ignore the fish for the meat. @Fan of Big Tone looks like you got your wish, Forest well beaten last night. Their next match is Man U away on Saturday. Could lose big again.

Watch out if you are traveling this Thursday Evening.

@Chris If you look at the Women's table Nettleham are listed as being on the bottom, but Nettleham are now known as Lincoln City so City took the franchise from Nettleham. But looking at the League table they are still referred to as Nettleham

@saddlesore Even so it's good to have you visit & express an opinion from time to time I do think that your team is one of the favourites for an automatic spot, although you just never know, which team below is going to hit some good form. We are just hoping that once we get these injured players back, we'll start winning some games & put some pressure on yourselves & Port Vale. Doncaster had a good win last night so we can't count them out either. Then there's MK Dons starting to play well too. It's going to be a very competitive league this season.

Lincoln United are currently in 9th place in the league with 10 points & 3 wins from eleven games. Notts will be looking for a positive result here. Another away win would really consolidate Notts in the top six. Notts will need to be at their best defensively as an away fixture in this league is always tricky, however the ladies are full of confidence after a 5:0 away win at Solihull in their last game.

Storm Darragh has been named and will hit the UK on Friday..
