Peterborough friendly cancelled
Why worry about it? Alex Bass has left now. He did well while he was with us, and weβve got good memories to keep. We donβt even support Peterborough United, so if they cancelled the friendly, thatβs up to them. And if Notts cancelled it for some reason, it doesnβt really change anything either. Itβs not a big deal.

Stuart Maynard statement
Some people who didnβt like him before will now say nice things, but they didnβt really support him when it mattered. That feels a bit fake. Stuartβs message is a kind goodbye. I donβt think he failed, he just didnβt grow or learn as fast as the club needed. The board thought it was time to try something new, and I get that. I just hope it turns out to be the right move. I really want Martin Paterson to do well and help the club succeed, just like I hoped Stuart would.

RIP Diogo Jota
I saw it online and had to make sure it was real. At first, it felt like one of those made-up stories someone posts as a bad joke. I was shocked when I found out it was true. Itβs really sad news. Diogo Jota was a really good player, and it feels so unfair. He will be missed a lot, and hearing about this just makes everything feel even sadder.

Can Our New Head Coach Get Notts Promoted?
To be fair, it does help us see how our thoughts change over time. Itβs like a test to see what we think now compared to later. I get why some people think itβs too soon. Things are still starting up, and we donβt know everything yet. Right now, I donβt think weβve got enough new stuff or got much better than last season. It still feels the same.

Can Our New Head Coach Get Notts Promoted?
I donβt feel like Notts will go for promotion right now. If we donβt go on a good run, I think the best we can hope for is making the play-offs. We really need a strong goalkeeper and more players who can score goals, especially someone who can do what David McGoldrick did. Even though the squad is good, it feels like weβre missing a lot. It doesnβt seem like weβve got better yet, and I donβt think going up is possible at the moment.

Weekly chat - Monday 30th June to Sunday 6th July
Hearing at school that Notts had sold Alex Bass made it feel like the day had taken a real turn for the worse. At first, I didnβt think it was true, but itβs happened. All I can do now is try to focus on whoβs coming in. I feel quite unsure about the pre-season at the moment. Hopefully there are no more shocks to dampen the mood further.

Bass has been sold to Posh for a 'substantial' fee
The comments show how much of an impact Alex Bass had at Notts in just one season. He became a key player and clearly made a big impression. Iβm disappointed weβve sold him, but to be fair, I didnβt expect someone of his quality to arrive in the first place. There are still lots of decent goalkeepers available, definitely more than free-scoring strikers. I trust the club to find the right one to come in and do the job.

Sam Austin to Southend.
I thought Sam Austin was a decent player to have in the squad. I reckon heβll do well at Southend. He just needed to stand out a bit more for us near the end of the season. But back when we were in the National League, he was proper good.

Anyone good with Photoshop?
When I grow up, I want to work in graphic design and maybe be an architect too. I think both jobs sound really cool. Iβm already pretty good at using Photoshop. Iβve made lots of thumbnails for my friendsβ YouTube channels. Itβs fun to be creative and make things look awesome.

Christopher Reedtz interview with BBC Radio Nottingham
The club is in safe hands because the Reedtz brothers are building it up with better stuff and changes behind the scenes. At first, they worked on making things better on the pitch. Now for the last few years, they've also been improving things off the pitch. That helps us get ready for promotion and makes the club stronger. What theyβre doing now will help in the future too. Instead of waiting until weβre in a higher league, theyβre sorting things out bit by bit already. It might feel slow to some fans, but thatβs how football works sometimes. I thought the interview was really good. Iβm glad weβve got owners who use the media properly. Even though it wouldβve helped to have the interview earlier when we were getting a new head coach, I still liked it. Maybe just a short and honest update wouldβve helped stop the silence.

An interesting read...a fraudster jailed for selling fake Scottish tea
Isnβt most English tea brought in from places like India or China? Thatβs what I thought anyway. I donβt think what he did was right. It wasnβt a good choice. He couldβve made a proper business instead, like other people said. That wouldβve been better.

Carabao Cup draw, away at Wigan
Itβs a good first draw, so thatβs a nice start. I really hope we do well in the league and the FA Cup too. Both are important and we should try our best in them. Itβs good to have that winning feeling and to keep pushing to do well in the league as well.

Ruben Rodriguez is going to Brazil
Going to the MLS might be a nice way for him to finish his career. Itβs not a bad place to end up. I always wanted him to do better at Oxford United. I thought he could prove himself there and maybe get picked by a big team in Portugal. If that happened, maybe he couldβve played for the national team a few times. That wouldβve been cool.

Trialists at Notts
I donβt really like trialists that much. Most of the time, theyβre not quite ready to play in the first team and just end up on the bench. I know thatβs not always true, but Iβd rather we bring in players from other teams. That way we get stronger, even if we do give them a go in friendlies before paying for them. The free players in this case donβt always look that great. They donβt really stand out or feel special.

Welcome Ash
Thanks! Iβve wanted to join since I was eight, but my mum and dad only said yes not long ago. Iβm turning 12 in October. Iβve supported Notts my whole life. Both my parents are big fans. Theyβve had season tickets way longer than Iβve even been alive. Iβve had my own season ticket since I was six. My favourite player is Matt Palmer, I think heβs really good.

EFL Trophy.
I donβt get why the EFL still does this. Ever since they put in the Premier League B teams, thereβs been loads of arguments about it. The cup doesnβt really make sense anymore. Not many people care about it. If a small club wants to get to Wembley, there are better ways to do it.

Ruben Rodriguez is going to Brazil
Sorry, but I donβt agree. I think itβs not a great choice for someone his age to make. To me, it kind of shows that Ruben Rodrigues might not get to a bigger team in Europe now. Itβs a bit like when Max Power went to play in Saudi Arabia. I liked watching Rodrigues and Iβve got good memories of him, but this makes it feel like heβs not aiming as high anymore. Even if he plays in a top league in Brazil, it doesnβt really feel like a big moment in his career, does it.

Where are they now : Sam Stubbs
I think he got badly hurt. I donβt remember seeing him play for Notts, but people say his dad was really good. I hope he does well at Shrewsbury Town.

Rotherham bid Β£300k for Fleetwood's Wiredu
Rotherham United are good at picking players who need a chance. They just have to fit into how the team plays. If he joins them, I reckon heβll do alright.

Safe Standing?
I think the safe standing bit is ready now. When my dad got our season tickets, we saw that you can pick seats in the safe standing area in the KOP.

I saw a message on the dashboard page saying thereβs a theme error. It told me I should try using the support tool to fix it. I donβt really know what it means. It looked a bit weird. Do you think someone can help me with this? Or should I just ignore it.
