Yes I think underlay is very important, a good quality underlay is as important as the carpet. The carpet chap has suggested that he lays a doormat fitted where the door opens so that we don’t need a new door, they’ll do a nice job and put edging strips so it looks nice. That’s saved us a shed load of money. 👍

Traore has been a real disappointment so far, maybe MP can bring out the best in him, I sincerely hope so.

I worry that without Jatta the goal threat will be reduced but as someone else said it looks like we have more of a goal threat from midfield, Newport are tipped for relegation soon paper we should win, I hope so.

Morning all, happy Friday. We’ve had a quote for a new carpet in our lounge/dining room it’s a lovely thick carpet but it’s going to be nearly £1,500 we thought it’d be expensive as it’s a large room, the carpet we’ve got down now was here when we moved in 14 years ago and probably a few years before that so it needs doing. However we’ve realised that because the carpet is so thick the upvc door won’t ride over it so we’ll need a door as well, oh my goodness that’s more expense. Oh well easy come easy go as my dad used to say.

That’s pretty good, is it comparable to last year does anyone know?

Yes that would be my destination in a Time Machine, 19th April 1994, I’d stand behind Mick Walker in the dugout and shout to him to sub Dijkstra for Johnson before he could head into his own goal over Cherry’s head, making the result 1-1 when we were comfortable with seconds left in the game. The result saw Derby get in the playoffs instead of us. If we’d got in the playoffs who knows what might of happened F*rest were promoted automatically we could have joined them in the top tier.
