Notts take on Lincoln at Meadow Lane tomorrow. How many links can we find between the two clubs, whether it’s owners, managers or players.

I’ll start you off with Ray Trew who was chairman of Lincoln City before buying Notts County for £1 in 2010.

Have a go lets see how many links we can find.

  • Terry Hawkridge is the first player that comes to my mind, I remember him because he was part of Lincoln's FA Cup run team.

  • Michael O'Connor, was really sad to see him leave for Lincoln. He had been a really good player for us at the time.

  • Richard Butcher, his vital goal kept us in League Two. Always appreciated Butch's efforts on the pitch!

I think Jeff Hughes played for Lincoln some time before he joined us if I remember right. I believe he left us for Fleetwood.

Blimey that’s going back a long way, I can remember Bert playing and I’m really old.
