Thanks for the good wishes @Michael D Pie. and @nottsnutter we had a grand day out (as Wallace would say to Grommit 😂) a nice lunch and a change of scene did us the world of good. Today I’ve got a dentist appointment, just a check up thankfully. @Chris I hope @super_ram‘s fire can be mended or you can source a new one, has the house got central heating? Maybe you could turn that up a notch in the meantime.

Morning all, Mrs. T is taking me out to lunch today, we’ve been doing lots of stuff in the house and not going anywhere or doing anything nice, it’s been a bit like groundhog day and pretty boring, she recognised I was feeling a bit down so said “let’s have a day out and have lunch”. I don’t know why I felt down, it’s not like me, we had a short walk to the cemetery yesterday to tend our sons grave, there was a funeral being held with a crowd of people singing hymns and I think it got to me a bit. A day out will do us both good.
