Good morning, it’s the first day of May the sun is shining and it’s Friday the start of a bank holiday weekend, what’s not to like? Chloe is coming to stay the night before we go to the match tomorrow, we are having a takeaway curry and watching a film, we said she could chose a film but her dad warned her to pick something suitable, not sure what sort of films she watches but we aren’t into violent films so hopefully she’ll pick something a little more gentle, a comedy would be good. Grandson Fred who has absolutely no interest in football whatsoever is away for the weekend doing his Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award with his scouts. A group of them have to go on a night walk with a map and compass and no adult supervision carrying their camping gear, then set up camp for the night and cook a meal. That’ll teach him not to be a Notts fan. 😂
