i like that luke williams is acknowledging that the teams performance has put him in the running for the manager of the month award, its really down to both but the squad might not be so successful if it was not for his management. hes clearly a very good up and coming manager that puts a lot of things into the game, especially when he thinks about how his words influence the players.

It’s great to see that Luke Williams, the manager of Notts County, has been nominated for the League Two Manager of the Month award. This nomination is a reflection of the hard work and performance of the entire team. The team’s resilience after a tough start to the season is commendable, and their strong performances at home, with the support of their fans, have certainly contributed to their success.
