Strange one this. Found guilty, then not guilty, now guilty again. surely shows the Italian justice system isn't up to scratch or the evidence really is circumspect.

i should not comment but its obvious, lack of evidence or not. she knows more than she says and shes evil. you can see it in her eyes, these people look the same.

Any justice system that is capable of changing their verdict twice on something as big as murder and to let a suspect leave the country frankly deserves a complete bloody upheaval and change of procedures and people.

In america wouldn't she be scot free now? The old you can't be found guilty once you cock up.

I hope shes deported!

Well it remains to be see whether the U.S. will agree to Italy's extradition request.

I would
