You're right in as much as our main problem is inconsistency but I have faith that SD and GA can sort that out but we are running out of time.

i would like to think we will manage to stay up but just real cant see it even with SD and GA coming in and improving things we have quite a few tough games left that i cant see us getting anything from at all Rotherham, Leyton orient, Mk dons, Brentford, Port vale and Swindon all being matches that if im honest i cant see us getting anything from.

I think (and certainly hope) that Notts will finish just above the relegation places but it will be very close and could go down to the last match.

Some big games in the fight for survival, some of tomorrow's results could go along way in saving certain teams. Others could soon start to be doomed, especially if they don't pick up a draw. Which of these games would you highlight as key suvivial games?

Posted

the four stand out games from each division you have highlighted joe.

west brom vs fulham, yeovil and doncaster, notts vs shrewsbury, torquay vs accrington. i would highlight the same ones, for us sheff utd vs bristol city is a big game. plus we could do with favours from @sadlad and @BradtheMiller :)

Good question!

I think we specialise in leading comfortably and then throwing the match away after a pointless sending off.

I think some of the players were so laid back they were horizontal!

@sadlad out! How could Walsall bloody lose. So much for being Madrid!! Ah, that bloody phantom mantom!!

Arsenal bounced back and ripped Sunderland apart - Score 4-1.

Hull City cast Cardiff a side - Score 4-0.

West Brom and Fulham ended level - Score 1-1.

Barnsley beat Milwall - Score 1-0.

Birmingham City beat Blackpool - Score 2-1.

Sheffield Wednesday beat Huddersfield - Score 2-0.

Yeovil beat Doncaster - Score 1-0.

Our friends the Millers beat Carlisle United - Score 2-1.

Preston beat Colchester - Score 2-1.

Accrington beat Torquay - Score 1-0.

I will have to make sure the results get added (feel free to add them folks).

Sometimes like at away games, it will take me awhile and by time I remember it's a little too late. It's good to discuss this though, as personally I find it very interesting.

The fightstaking quite some twists and turns, after sat, we have 10 very big games. I am sure other clubs feel the same.

Posted

It's getting interesting, each division seems to have one or two who look like they can and then a burst of life.

Finally we're out and hopefully we can stay out!

I think there are alot more twists and turns to come yet @notts-joe
