this is a great insight into leam richardson, i am not sure who i really want to becoming in as the head coach but hes one of the names which i think could do well with our squad. i am very much hoping we can get efl experience, instead of someone outside of it.

Leam Richardson could be a good appointment if he focuses on forward-thinking football. He needs to find a balance and move away from prioritising possession over taking risks. Controlling a game is pointless if chances aren’t created or converted. If we take more pride in how we gamble, our quality should come through.

Really interesting article, comes across as a really decent guy. I think studying for a degree in social work when his playing career ended and volunteering for the Leeds Youth Justice Service gives him something more than just being a football coach, this will definitely help him to really connect with players.

I wouldn't say having watched that Wigan team the style of play fits with our foundations shall we say, but who's to say he's not flexible and maybe he only played that way because he thought it suited the players he had at Wigan better.

Tobias Solberg, who I can't remember seeing in the odds, is now the favourite and this is more the type of coach I expected us to go for... But who knows? I do think we'll hear something this coming week.

@BradtheMiller, he's one of the managers I'm discreetly wishing for, but not putting a lot of optimism as I don't expect him to come. Yet, I think he would be a superb choice. There's a few which tick the boxes for me, but Leam Richardson is one.

It's nice to see you, matey.

Maybe the club has been trying to sort out the training facilities and the recent updates before turning their full attention to the takeover talks. It’s possible they’ve been working on these things in the background while also sorting out who might come in.

I’m sure there have been talks with head coaches, but it could still be early stages. They might be collecting all the right information before they make a final call. Leam Richardson could be a really good choice.
