Pride of Nottingham Userbars for Signatures

Featured Replies

Last year at school, my teacher gave me a task to make old-style internet graphics like signatures. I looked on Reddit and saw that forums like Pride of Nottingham had cool userbars in people’s signatures. They look a bit retro, but I think they’re really cool.

I saw one made by @CliftonMagpie and it has a modern twist. It looks smart and I really like the style.

If anyone wants one, I’d be happy to make it for them. Just let me know.

I’ve already made one with a Notts County theme, but I can customise them to anything you like. I’ll share it if people are interested.

I can do the logo, the writing and the design idea. I’ve seen some examples on Reddit and I’ll make mine the same size as Clifton’s, 500 by 35 pixels.

Go for it, @Ash . The one I use was made by the gaffer.

I asked @Chris to make mine, and I think other Pride of Nottingham members might want one too.

Don’t worry if not many people reply straight away. Just make a few and show them off. Once people see how they can be changed and made personal, some might ask for their own.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!

Yes, I wouldn't be put off from sharing some of the userbars you have created, as some might come forward asking if you could create them one. Things like this are very helpful, as it gives members a chance to customise their signatures to add a little flair or personality.

It's a great idea. @Ash.

If you see one you like, feel free to ask me to change it! I can make it match your favourite player or give it a new look. You’re welcome to use them on PON, but if you want to use them somewhere else, please ask me first. I’d like to know where they’re being used. I don’t own the logos, so I’m not saying they’re mine. But I did make the userbar designs, so please don’t copy or share them off PON without asking.

I’m happy to give permission, I just want to be told first.

Hi @Ash can you make me one like this and on the right hand side put “Fan of Big Tone”. Instead of Pride of Nottingham.

If you can do it I’ll only use it here I don’t post anywhere else. Cheers.

@Fan of Big Tone, It’s totally fine. I can show my teacher that someone’s using a graphic I made when I have ICT next. I don’t mind if people use them or ask for one. That’s what I made them for really.

I just don’t want anyone taking them without saying where they got it from or giving credit.

Here you go. =)

That’s brilliant, thanks @Ash tell your teacher Fan of Big Tone gives you top marks.

All I’ve got to do now is work out how to put it as my signature. 😊

I made a new one and I’ve got a few more that I’m still working on. I’ll finish them soon. I’ve got ICT on Wednesday, so I’m hoping to get a few more done before then.

I was thinking about making some Notts-themed display pictures. I noticed some members don’t have one, and I’d like to help if they want one. I think it would be fun to make them look more football-themed.

Great to see these @Ash, they're very well made!

@Fan of Big Tone yours is looking very smart; it draws my eyes to the text in your signature a lot more.

Yeah, it seems with v5 it became a setting in the ACP.

I have enabled it for mobiles, and guests.
