Peterborough United vs Notts County

Tough game against a very inform League One side, I've heard a couple of people say we will win but I think that's being somewhat overly optimistic. Of course we might, though I would be more focused on getting a draw as anything else would be a bonus. When was the last time we beat the team sitting at the very top of the table at their ground?

Honestly I see a defeat or very well earned point.

Sadly I think it will be something like 3-1 to them but hey, we will bounce back against Leyton Orient.

Thoughts?

Peterborough are a better team than us, plus they are in form and at home, all points to a home win. A draw would be a fantastic result.

2-0 to them I reckon.

i just hope to hear positive views, right now we need that.

it seems our performances have increased, so perhaps peterborough will not find it so easy? i hope we can re do what we did a few years back, without the fight breaking out at the end.

I think we're doing quite well against the top teams ( Brizzle, PV, LO) why stop there.

Obviously a draw would be perfect for an away game, but you never know with 2 weeks of training.

Nice and steady 2-2

I expect us to be backs against the wall for the majority of the game, but we will get chances and we do tend to score a few against the posh, so fingers crossed we will not come home empty handed.

If SD has done his homework and has a game plan we could cause an upset but their form suggests an easy home win.

I was impressed with the lad from Forest, he did get caught our a couple of times but he had a very respectable debut for us. Gary Jones didn't look his age today, he was solid. I like seeing Curtis Thompson chasing and giving 110%, he really played reasonable. Covering he's showing that improvements are being made, I just felt disappointed hearing fans picking at him.

Liam Noble looked tricky.

Though Cassidy couldn't do anything today, I don't blame it on the fact he was alone but overall a good team performance.

Well Done to the team!

Great point today, Shaun has every player giving 110%, and you cant ask for more than that, good options on the bench, and with Adams, Mullins,Haynes,Thompson,Jimmy not even in the squad through injury or lack of fitness, the future looks good, Looking forward to the next 2 home games where 6 pts would put us in a great position!

I honestly had a feeling we'd come away with a point or 3 today. No idea why, I just had a feeling that we'd be that  tough to break down and that resiliant, Posh would have no answers, especially with Assomblonga or whatever he's called. Still over the moon though, cracking point. 42 more points to safety :)

As the Rams weren't playing I gave the match my full attention and listened to Uncle Colin. It sounded like all the players were giving 100%,Desperate defending at times but could have sneaked a goal and by no means outplayed.A very good away point.

A good result in the end, i was hoping for a win but a draw is very acceptable in a game with a team currently much higher up the table than us.
