I just notice this on another forum, I think it's something Notts should consider for the bench next season. Yet I would limit to a age range, get youngsters 'feeling' the magic around Notts. I wonder what @erindoors would think of this?

The one thing you could never throw at the Americans is there lack of support for charities especially within the sports over there.

ALL clubs should do this, come on it can't be that hard can it??

Just imagine whereby the first 5 minutes of every pre-season game played within a pro clubs ground was given to the make a wish foundation etc, how much would those few minutes mean to lifetimes of the families concerned?

It was good to see how much it meant to him and what a shame he couldnt get a goal from his shot. At least he has this memory of featuring along side pros! What a buzz he would have from this.

Me and my mates went to watch the Rams training at the old Ramarena back in the late '60's.At one point the ball came our way and I ran and kicked the ball back(I think it was to Archie Gemmill) .He thanked me and carried on training.Does this count? I felt really chuffed..
