Panto Tonight

I enjoyed going last year, it was my first time to one (at least I don't remember another time).

I will be ready to stick up for the pies tonight, even though I will most likely get a ticking off from @cheeky~k8. It's just a bit of banter but I have to do my part ;)

@super_pie and my eldest daughter have already seen it with school, so it will be nice for our youngest especially because she isn't at the stage yet where schools take her group. She loved it as much as me, so it will be nice to relax and have a bit of quality time where we are all laughing.

Anyone else been recently?

I haven't been to a Panto for years, our grandson George went with his mum and dad and loved it, we looked after Freddie as he is a bit young yet.

I don't mean to sound insulting, but I'd rather shoot myself in the head than go to a panto

Loved the panto as usual. The kids were knackered after as it doesn't finish till late.

Seems a bit daft for a kids panto to finish late, no wonder they were knackered.

George went to an afternoon matinee but obviously all parents can't take kids in the afternoon.

Its a family/group panto... not just for kids. There was 2 times of the show.. one being at around 2pm(which isn't an option for school age children) and one starting at 7.30pm. It didn't finish till around 10pm so the kids obviously would be knackered but they enjoyed it and for a one off its not really a problem.
