Tranmere Rovers Vs Notts County

At the start of the season I don't think many teams would of considered this 'big' or 'important' but to Tranmere's credit they've been great this season, they've beat many odds and although some people think they're on the down now I personally do not! I think they've got a good manager who knows what each of his players offers, they don't have a bad side either. I think we need to remain positive from the game against Bury, hopefully that would of rekindled some of our players hopes.

We can't allow any side to break, attack and score so easily. Bury's goal was great but we allowed it to happen, so I'm hoping Chris see's we need to get tighter and man up.

I think the score could go many ways, though I think a draw would sum this up.

Goodluck Chris & the Lads. (Hope the travelling fans enjoy it)

Agree with above. Remembering that not so long ago Notts were on an unbeaten away run and the second half performance against Bury, not to mention the fact Tranmere scored 5 away,I think a draw is a realistic hope.Good luck Notts.Going in kitchen now, leaving other half to Emmerdale,to listen to the match.

Goal down... Hit on a break, poor marking from the sounds of it or lack of it. We need to take our chances!

Talking with MagBri in the chatroom, thought I would be on my own and left but noticed Brian on, so glad for the company. I just hope we can get back into this and move on :)

A draw but a good one.

I'm going to focus on trying to get back the activity, feel I've let everyone down a little. (not negative) I'm sure everyone understands but really want to be taking steps forward much like Notts.

Very proud of the draw! Many thanks to MagBri, Steve and Ben for joining me in the chatroom.

I respect your opinion but disagree, they've got a very good and capable league one manager. They've got a good sqaud, some very hungry players and although on paper we've got some standard out players, I feel a draw is a good too. Christ I guessed right with a draw! I was going to say 1-1 too.

Very encouraging..Listening on the radio there didn't seem much between the two sides in the first half and Notts sounded unlucky to not to be level at half time. The second half Notts sounded like the better team with most of the possesssion but I was beginning to think it was going to be one of those nights.Once the equaliser came I was hoping Notts could go on and win.In the interview after the match I thought CK sounded really  upset and disappointed and almost in tears.Still not a bad result away.Heres hoping Notts will  now continue  in the right direction.

Before the game I would have settled for a point so very happy with the result and performance. Always tough games at Tranmere. I didn't see last nights game but do remember being there in 2011 when we sneaked a 10 win! That was a great performance only spoilt by Ravenhill being sent off.

Another good draw away for Notts, and by the sound of it we should have had a win.

I think that is a very creditable performance against Tranmere who have proved over the season that they are good enough to be in with a shout of automatic promotion.

Two home games coming up so let's get 6 points from them and you never know the play offs could be achievable.

not a bad result to be honest!

i think they have done very well this season, so a draw is quite a good reflection.

We played better in the second half again, i think thats going to be the pattern whilst we get used to Chris in charge.

A draw is better than losing. I would of loved to see a win but wasnt expecting it to be honest.

1 point :)

it was a solid point for us, we did well. the lads have buckled down in recent weeks the credit goes to them and chris. bish has made comnents about do ir die, it's more of 'lets do it together'.

I can't wait for the point you lot are fighting to post the match thread! it sounds a odd thing to say but it shows the level of desire, I struggle on general football forums to do this and shows the level of wanting to discuss our team. Don't be afraid to post! I love it :)

Liam's comment got me thinking!

Will be trying much harder to connect with everyone, I try on twitter but I think I scared one away in that process. It's just hard not knowing who's said hello to me at games unless its obvious and become concerned that it's taken wrongly. Nice to have you back Liam!
