When are the FA & the Football League get a grip of this club for it's fans behaviour?


 


Yesterdays behaviour has left someone fighting for their life, at what point will the football authorities actually get a grip  and make Jez Moxey actually do something to stop their fans acting this way??


 


Given that this occurs at every Wolves home match (violence towards opposing fans) surely they should be firstly made to play their remaining games at the home of all their opponents with no Wolves fans allowed to attend and also threatened with demotion to the Conference if this ever happens again.


 


Not only would that hit them in terms of away advantage but it would also hit them for the following season in terms of the FFP.


 


They didn't do anything after our fans were attacked and they won't do anything again unless they are severely punished.

It's the same for clubs like Millwall, although a lot of what their fans do doesn't get much media attention for some reason.

I think the club need to accept that the violence shown by some supporters is shocking, I know they're quick to dismiss incidents by saying 'It wasn't done by our fans' or 'These people don't attend the games' but I have seen at first hand how they act and it's the reason why I never travel to certain clubs. I think they should be punished, fining them would be a good start and perhaps threatening to dock points (which would be carried out if anything minor or moderate was to happen). If anything far more serious happens, then I agree with @Northants Pie - let's not beat around the bush.

The lady supporter of ours who was armed in the brick incident, she's actually a member of this site and does a lot of good work for the football club.

I believe she received flowers and things from Wolves supporters and their chairman, though I think even that was sick and should have seen them punished for. There's no room for hooliganism and yobbish behaviour in the modern game at all.

It's brushed under the carpet every other week when they behave like that at every home match. Disgusting.

sad but true whereas teams in the champs league or europa league get punished.

make them play behind closed doors!
