Is he the last manager to be sacked or the first of the new season?

Whichever it's an unbelievable decision.

I think the man is a bit of an odd-ball and obviously has some anger related issues.

But to sack him after that great escape is ridiculous.

Pretty much my sentiments. He had some strange outbursts that can either adhere him to the fans or just turn them against him. In terms of the football, he did his job and kept them up, so I'm assuming it isn't just for footballing reasons that he got sacked.

I think it was probably something to do with his son's antics with "ladies of the night" in Thailand.

There are quite a few issues leading up to his dismissal but not a very popular decision it would seem.

Footballing reasons = no chance of sacking him. Inspired comeback at the end of the season and no chairman would sack him after that. Imagine the high the fans must have been on after their great escape!

Non-footballing reasons = Totally understandable. Weird guy who has tried and failed to make good headlines. I recommend he goes on the Holloway course of how to at leas have a o at being an eccentric manager. Issues regarding his son will have nailed it for the chairman. Can't say I blame them. Remembering their culture and heritage and showing a little respect when visiting other countries, especially the one that the multi-millionaire owner comes from is a must. Not dads fault, but the manager needs to be responsible as well. When you add in he is dad then...

The rest (as is Nigel Pearson ) is history.

He's rumoured to have been unhappy with the signing of a Japanese player, whilst also comments about the three young lads and some other behind the scenes antics. Supposedly he was in-line to be sacked after the final game too, now which is true nobody will know but it's harsh whichever way you look at it. He's done well for Leicester City.

Also rumours are that our friend Sven may be reappointed as their manager.

It should be interesting.
