Spiess, 19, graduated from the Academy in 2012 and went on to make a big impression during his first professional season.

Fabian is a player we need to keep, he can replace Bart when he's ready and hopefully we can get into the Championship before this happens. It's  good to see the club have signed him for a longer deal, keep other clubs at bay and allow us to make sure we mentor the lad. I have a feeling he will be part of a very successful Notts County side.
