PSG could reinforce their team better using the money instead of buying Neymar for the overpriced fee.

Clubs put the buyout clauses so high to discourage teams from making offers, so I think its bad when one club thinks they can throw a greedy sum of money on a player just because they refuse to look into other options.

If the rumours of PSG being unhappy with Neymar due to his training and performances, along with Real Madrid always being reportedly interested - it could be broken again. I can't see him leaving myself, not for how much money he went for in the first place.
