Notts County Halloween Horror XI

Branston would surely make the majority of fans squad.

Jason Lee would feature in mine and the two faced Johhny Jackass would also make their way into the team. The first because his haircut back in the day deserves it a lone, second because he's a two faced liar.

On the basis of being "Notts County players and managers who truly were a cut below the rest", I don't think Ricardo Moniz, Jason Lee and Johnny Jackson should even come close to making the list.  Moniz actually provided a bit of style and entertainment, Jason Lee scored goals, and Jackson was a cut above most of our midfielders.  Hackworth is a good shout, and I don't think many would argue with at least a squad place for such as Jamie Fullarton, Brian O'Callaghan, Steve Scoffham, Fraser McHugh, Liam Needham, Paul Mayo etc.

You could add to that with Paul Bolland, Martin Kuhl and Michael Brough in midfield, Michael Emanalo at left back, Brian Parkin in goal for definite! A lot of people might put Vinny Arkins up front, but I quite liked him, definitely not one of the worst centre forwards we have had.

Manager Jamie Fullarton

Keeper Brian Parkin @Fozzyagreed

Defence Paul Mayo , O'Callaghan, @Elite_pie agreed, ..... Brano @Chris agreed, Calderwood

Midfield.. McHugh, Jenner,

Attack Chillingworth, Hackworth (worth his place on value for money, not), Lormor, Ricky Green

50 odd years supporting Notts has faded the memory..I have seen some dross in my time...A good memory jog, would be the  UptheMaggies website, but my anti virus software is flagging up a severe virus warning...anyone else having the same problem?
