I wouldn't have Pindroch as the reserve keeper, he's still learning himself and we need someone to push Fitzsimons - I really doubt he could do that. Find another suitable keeper would be the best thing, there's plenty of them and I can't imagine Ross is on big money.

The rest we need to inject skill, pace and overall quality to the ranks.

We have a good foundation but as I have said previously, we need to have players who can be pushed within their playing positions. If players know they won't be dropped there's nothing for them to play for, so we can get the best out of them by ensuring our squad is full of quality.

it will be interesting to see how the gaps become filled, hopefully we can discuss players who could fill the spaces?

Some of these might be a bit out there. But I think that could be an absolute amazing squad and I think we potentially have the budget to make it. Would take Ariyibi, Smith and Bennett on loan. Haven't seen how he performed at Southend but watched him a few times when he played for Hibs and he wasn't great. I would steer clear myself. 

In addition to above, Oxley lost his place at Hibs to Conrad Logan (yes, that fat Albino one that plays at Mansfield). 

The squads taking shape quite nicely now, I would like to see a solid keeper arrive soon and another striker. Rest can be filled up as we approach the pre-season.
