I've had an email from Kirsty Edwards offering me a free upgrade to Club 155, for tomorrow nights match, what is club 155 and what can I expect if I take up the offer.

I think the club 155 is the 'fans' version of hospitality, you can't wear your shirt (unless it's covered) and it's smart casual.

Well I had a look online and apparently Club 155 is a hospitality suite where you have a carvery meal with pre match and post match entertainment and a private bar.

Unable to believe my luck that I’d got a free upgrade I emailed Kirsty to ask if it was FREE and was the meal included, she replied and said no food was included but I could use the bar and watch the entertainment, so not really an upgrade to the full package then, I thought it was too good to be true.

I replied and suggested she ought to make it clear in the emails that it doesn’t include food as some might turn up expecting food.

I might pop in to have a drink but it looks like Mrs Big Tone will have to cook tomorrow after all.

Yeah this is ment to be the fans hospitality.... but when I booked us in I wasn’t told it was no shirts etc .. only a fellow fan told me I had to call up and ask in the end I cancelled .. to say I was angry is understatement

That’s all correct @Fan of Big Tone It is a carvery entertainment before and after ... but to not include food with your upgrade is stupied not much of a upgrade as you say .. I wonder why they do these things really ..

Did you take the upgrade then @Fan of Big Tone?

No I didn’t, I was late getting to the ground and as it was only really an opportunity to use the bar and entertainment I didn’t bother as I don’t drink at matches.

It really should of been made clearer, but you even have to look up the different types of hospitality because the detail is always just on their website. Not even told when booking, which is silly for the amount you pay for it(obviously not in your case)

I wonder how many fans got this FREE upgrade offer and if it was just a ploy to make a quick grab from people who usually don't upgrade. I think the club should encourage people but I am not sure this was the best way.
