Notts County to declare £3million pound loss this season

Alan Hardy in a recent interview has declared that Notts County will suffer a £3 million pound loss this season.

What are your thoughts guys and girls.?

its been very much gambled and misspent then, this could be bigger trouble for notts because next seasons budget must surely take an impact due to this?

That’s a lot to be in the red or to lose In a business. It’s possiblely been misspent in the wrong areas or gambled on the wrong things. 

Hopefully next season this can be put right because if not the ffp rule will kick in. 

In a way it shows that Alan is committed to Notts. You wouldn’t want to lose that much money in business in one year, especially as the next year you could lose more.

Silly money for any League Two team, promotion would have been nice but not at this cost.

It's not a good advert for us or football in general, the amount money spent. A little wreckless but hopefully a better team, one on balanced wages will help improve things.

That's insane, we've been seriously mismanaged to lose so much money even when crowds have held up.

How can that much be spent especially for how Notts have been on the field and behind the scenes. It must have been very nievely spent

At least Alan Hardy has backed the managers, he's put the money where his mouth is and it just needed to be better spent on recruitment. I hope he continues to spend but reduced in a better way towards allowing the manager to build a team.

You have to be careful when it comes to debt, you can't throw money to the wind. You have to have some type of caution but I do believe Alan Hardy has tried to handle this to the best of his ability. Still being £3 million pounds in debt it's not a good thing.

He has the experience of running a league football club so i can understand how hes gone wrong but thats definetly a big overspend.
