Hate is perhaps a bit strong as I haven't personally seen/heard anything like that.

DKE is a much-loved player and a lot of people have a sweet spot for DKE. Because of that, people often overlook some pretty big flaws in his game. His height is a major disadvantage, no matter how high he can jump. Having a defender that small certainly puts you at risk from things like set pieces. There's a good reason why Torquay played Cameron at left wing.... because DKE was on the right. There's limitations going forward, he can't beat a player and his crossing is hit and miss. Defensively he's been found out more recently, you can have all the tenacity in the world but if you're simply not strong or big enough, it only compensates so much.

It isn't, people suggested he needs to get out of the club because he's a fraud. Others saying he's crap and has never been good, I would call this hating on someone. He just had a bad patch, but he's still a very good squad member.

If you read Twitter, you should have seen it.

Some fans are just vocal with their nonsense, they pick a player every season to pick at and wonder why they don't perform to their best.

Players can't escape criticism, that's granted, but certain things isn't fair and are not acceptable.

The thing with football as we have seen by losing in the Euros Final, people don't think before they abuse people. My rule of thumb is if a comment can't be explained, only leads to further abusive words or utter nonsense then it shouldn't be said. If you can make a clear case and point arguement, or discussion - then it's fair.
