Latest injury news
Good update, I do like how Notts does this and those seasons where we wouldn't know what was going on - it just led to misinformation. That in turns creates rumours and negativity, it becomes annoying and the easiest thing to do is to provide the update like this. It's great news, here's the video. Here's a quick break down. 1. Geraldo Bajrami's Injury Update: - Suffered a serious knee injury early in the season. - Underwent surgery and has been progressing well in rehabilitation. - Recently started training on the grass, a positive step in his recovery. - Focus now on building load tolerance for running over the next few months. - Goal is to be ready for preseason at the start of the next year. 2. Cedwyn Scott's Injury Situation: - Experienced a serious injury, different from Geraldo's, allowing him to continue initially in the game. - Required surgery and a significant period off feet. - Currently on track with rehabilitation, aiming to return by the end of March. - Entering the last phase of rehab, progressing well. 3. Matty Palmer's Season-Ending Injury: - Similar injury to Bajrami but occurred later in the season. - Currently in the gym phase of rehabilitation, focusing on strengthening. - Positive progress, with the target to return for the start of the next season if all goes as planned. 4. Adam Chicksen's Achilles Issue: - Experienced an Achilles issue just before Christmas. - Towards the end of rehab, recently started grass work. - Plan to progress over the next few weeks, aiming for a return to training soon. 5. Injury Updates on Other Players: - Louis Macari had a freak illness, out for a couple of weeks, but expected to reintegrate soon. - Will Randall and Junior Morias are back to full training after recovering from ankle and calf issues. - Positive trend in having more players available for selection, with recent returns to full training.

WWE Netflix
What is the status of their live television broadcasting rights? Doesn't that interfere with their huge TV network rights?? The highest they have ever had.I am not complaining; it sounds like a great idea. I must admit, I prefer watching AEW even though people get involved and try to spoil it. I find it to be more like what I grew up watching; I have tried to watch WWE and I just feel it's too scripted. On the plus side, it might improve things. Triple H did incredibly well when Vince had disappeared, and now he's further in the background it does seem to be improving. If this makes their product easier to watch for fans and contributes to better improvements it should be good. I watched the highlight show on TNT Sports I think it was and even found that to be a subpar way of trying to enjoy it. All my questions are answered here, this is insane. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/wwe/article-12996075/Netflix-WWE-Raw-Deal.html

Where are they now: Hayden Mullins
https://www.fulhamfc.com/news/2023/july/26/Mullins-Appointed-U21-Head-Coach/ The last I recall off the top of my head, is Haydn Mullns temporarily being interim manager of Watford. I think he also had some involvement with West Ham as a coach after, but his wiki doesn't clarify that. He was indeed head coach of Colchester United under Steve Ball. Who knew? I didn't. Also, he seems to have managed "Turks and Caicos Islands", I don't recall hearing of them before.

The Most Suspicious Game - Possible Match Fixing? Human Error?
UD AlmerΓa seems to have fallen victim to some very suspicious decisions. Brilliant opening goal by Almeria, it's the perfect start they could have asked for. The 2nd goal was a stunner! Now, to analyse the goal. The keeper played a very good long ball up the field, without the AlmerΓa player moving into the space it would have been wasted. You see the AlmerΓa and Real Madrid players briefly clash. Nothing in it, however, the reason I feel this needs to be pointed out is for a later decision which baffles me. As this could have easily been given a free kick in the defenders favour. Not that I would agree, but I have seen it happen in multiple leagues where the defender is offered the protection. The penalty for Real Madrid was spot on. It could be considered harsh, but you can't keep your arms out like that when defending a corner. AlmerΓa scored after a very quick break. Bellingham is caught naturally further in the AlmerΓa half, but the goal ends up being disallowed. Real Madrid then go on again to score, however, it's obvious that it comes off the arm of VinΓcius Jr. Decision goal stands?!?! Belling's second goal was offside miles before it happened, why so slow to call it? A Real Madrid player then clatters an AlmerΓa defender, similar to the build up leading to their goal that was disallowed. However, this was a foul and deserved to be issued a yellow card. In the 98th minute, Real Madrid scored their third of the game and won. Sensational game? I am sceptical of the decisions as they seem to heavily favour Real Madrid.

Jaden Warner to Notts
Yep, it's official now. I am still hopeful we can sign someone with a bit more experience, but you know, I am a lot happier knowing some of the things I have been told by Norwich supporters I know. His height will be of a huge benefit to us, we need a giant at the back.

Travel photographer of the year
I got excited that some of your photos might have been chosen! Seriously, no joke. I do look at your pictures, and I am still amazed that some are captured using a mobile phone. This is great, some very visually striking captures! I absolutely love Lilly Zhang's work!

- San Sirrel in Lego
He asked us to provide pictures of Meadow Lane from all angles. I swear it was you who sent him pictures, I hadn't long taken photographs of the stadium from all angels. He was meant to be 3D printing them for sale, but nothing ever seemed to come from it.- Site & Community Blog Updates
The managers page has been updated to reflect on the appointment of Stuart Maynard. https://prideofnottingham.co.uk/club/manager/- San Sirrel in Lego
I planned to make the ground out of ice cream sticks awhile ago, but I never found the time. @KirkWard24 before he sadly passed away, mentioned to me that he wanted to do the same thing but with Lego. I wished he could see it, because he would think it was amazing for sure! There was a 3D stadium modelling creator here back in the day, I wonder if @DangerousSausage remembers? I have no idea what happened to that, but a miniature Meadow Lane is amazing. The Lego version looks great and has done a terrific job of making it very much like our famous ground.- Help Our Moderation Team by Reporting Issues
@Robbie Unfortunately the opps something has gone wrong is a known bug that hasn't been fixed yet. I know the issue, it happens when you load a topic from the list and then try to go back to the previous page. I will speak to a dev to see if there's anything that can be done to fix this issue. In the meantime, I would suggest using the mobile navigation for the dashboard. I know you will have to scroll to find where you were at, but currently it's the best way.- A Stuart Maynard Notts Team? A Tactical Analysis.
Good insight and analysis, it goes to show how ideal finding someone who plays similar to Luke Williams can inherit a good squad that has more depth than his previous team but in a way where his ideas should be easier to put over. It shouldn't be a dramatic change. Which is good. I don't think a new manager changing things is a negative approach, because it's down to the players to take it on board and work to incorporate it - yet it's easier when someone has a similar idea. The transitional period between Stuart Maynard taking over should be easier for him to instruct the players because we already have a similar style to Wealdstone. I also doubt any of our players will resist his ideas, as they all seem on the same page and want to continue to do well. So, ideally, Maynard can get to grips with our defence. Figure a way to retain the same formation without leaking goals but also attack with the exciting momentum where you feel it's only a matter of time before we do score. This is sad, I will stand behind Maynard no matter what - even if he gets off to a slow start. It's a clichΓ©, but that first win will be massive and hopefully signify the torch being passed from Luke William/Jim O'Brien to Stuart Maynard.- James Sanderson
We are proud of you, James Sanderson! Congratulations to him for signing his first professional deal. I look forward to seeing more of his future appearances in the Notts squad. We want more of our squads spaces filled with home-grown talent.- Downhill Skiing & Winter Sports Brit Watch.
Well done to Zak Carrick-Smith on winning gold, it goes to show he's an amazing young talent that should only get better.- Jaden Warner to Notts
Eyes will be peeled on what happens here, it could be a good signing, but personally I do hope experience in centre back position.- Help Our Moderation Team by Reporting Issues
@Fan of Big Tone It should be fixed now, do you get a single column when viewing on your tablet?- Where are they now : Noor Husin
Good player, lacked confidence when he was here and defensive responsibility. I don't think he was a bad player, but defensively he seemed very weak with us. More adept at controlling the ball and taking powerful shots on goal from long range.- Swiss museum heist and an ex West Ham / Brentford footballer
What a stupid thing to go and do. I am glad they got caught.- A trip down Memory Lane (7)
I still loved him as a kid. I thought he was quite decent in the games I saw, although I was quite impressionable back at that age and I know my grandfather wasn't his biggest fan. I think it's more the fee we paid, had he come for a lesser fee or maybe on a free, it might reflect better. It's on the person who paid it, Agana always seemed to score when going to matches or played a part in the build up.- A trip down Memory Lane 4
I love Iian McCulloch! A great player for Notts, I've heard many stories about him from my grandfather and other fans. He was a special talent, very sad the injury happened. Despite that, it's still a good clip. Just damped by the impact it made.- A trip down Memory Lane (6)
The first goal is very well taken, you have to understand where the ball will be to strike it like that. It's something which only comes naturally: if you can't read the ball for a volley, you won't execute a shot like that.- Chelsea v Notts 1975
I thought at first this may have been the game the late Colin Slater told me about, however, it doesn't seem to be the case. I bet @super_pie (Super_Cheski) would love this game to happen now.- A Trip Down Memory Lane (9)
My lord... The referee's sideburns. ???? He's a time traveller from 1800s. ???? "It's there!" great bit of commentary.- Where are they now : Jayden Richardson
He's done at Stockport? I never noticed this until now. What a weird signing, why Colchester United? It's time he stopped moving around and signed for a club that will play him and get the most out of him, bouncing around like this won't do anything to help him forge a good career. He'll be known as a journeyman before he's even 30!!- A Trip Down Memory Lane (10)
Unfortunately, the clip plays to me like the implementation of ad blockers on YouTube (the slow-downs). Did Dean Yates score? It's hard to tell with all the jittering. Someone please sort Elon Musk out, he's still ruining Twitter... *Sigh X. - San Sirrel in Lego
