Players who recognise the support of fans often find it boosts their performance and helps them settle in. This can significantly contribute to making a player feel at home. I believe this is a strong signing, offering not just quality but also a unique element to our team. His ability to play on either flank complements our current setup, especially since Jodi Jones and Aaron Nemane are versatile enough to switch sides whenever necessary. He seems like an excellent addition who’s quite grounded.

I believe it’s a great signing for Notts. Securing a goalkeeper with Alex Bass’s reputation, even for a fee, shows smart recruitment. The club has done well to bring him on board. While such deals can sometimes turn out poorly, this one is complete and looks promising. A three-year contract is an ideal duration for Bass to develop further in his role. Moreover, I’m confident that Tiernan Brooks will benefit from working closely with Bass, rather than being overshadowed. It’s an opportunity for Brooks to learn and improve.

Are you worried about something? Stress can affect anxiety, as you've explained. If it's happening all the time, then it's probably not just a panic attack. But you might be showing signs of one. It's best to get checked out, mate. I hope it's nothing serious.

That's a great story. I don't have a claim to fame. I haven't met anyone very famous, butI once spoke to Alan Smith, I was much younger, and it's not a big deal.

It's a large amount for a team that the manager, Luke Williams, would need to spend wisely. I don't think it's a serious transfer target, but until an offer comes in, we shouldn't worry or add to the rumours.

The club might be able to offer better prices by collaborating more with Magpie Brewery. They should maintain their current selection but also introduce some local beers for variety. However, the high prices could exclude many fans. The Nest shouldn’t be exclusive to the wealthy; it should welcome all supporters. The necessity of charging for standing room is questionable. While the club can find ways to generate revenue, it seems unreasonable when there are complimentary venues that are just as pleasant. Our goal should be to unite our fans in one place, all eagerly cheering on the team.

Italy appeared quite ordinary again, and Albania might have posed a greater challenge had they shown more urgency at times. It was an engaging match with some solid opportunities towards the end. The announcement of added time seemed delayed. The referee appeared eager to conclude the match once the four minutes of added time, plus a bit more, had elapsed.

Leigh Curtis seems to be causing a stir with his journalism, suggesting Derby County might be interested in signing Macaulay Langstaff. While Luke Williams may hold him in high regard, it’s unlikely Langstaff would move to Wales to join him. It’s more probable he’d prefer to stay closer to his family, which works in our favour. Besides, if Swansea City could meet our owners’ likely asking price, they would probably have more established Championship players to consider. Macca isn’t likely to leave without a fight; I believe he’ll stay with us for a while longer.

It’s not surprising to me, given that Richard Brindley is an excellent right back. If we were to adopt a traditional 442 formation, I would feel more upset about his release from our team. I hope he finds a club where he can advance his career. I recall an article discussing his challenging time after leaving Rotherham. He had considered the possibility of becoming a Championship player before joining us. This makes me wish even more for him, as I believe he was undervalued during his time with us.

I understand the club’s perspective. They probably saw him as the perfect replacement for Matt Palmer, who was injured. If he had been given more playing time, we might have seen more of his potential. However, we held back and only let him make brief appearances. When we finally put him in the game, it seemed poorly managed. Yes, he wasn’t at his peak, but there was a talented player there. If he had been able to improve his match fitness, he could have been a great addition to the team. I’m grateful that the club didn’t hastily offer him a contract. That’s the most intelligent part of the deal. Regardless, I wish Dan Gosling all the best.

Rest in Peace, Willie Carlin. It appears he had an outstanding career, providing fans with unforgettable memories to treasure forever. It’s truly unfortunate and deeply saddening to hear of his passing.

Neither Aaron Nemane nor Jodi Jones are particularly strong in defence, as they are wingers and excel when moving forward. Both are key contributors to the team. Nemane’s quiet nature can be both a strength and a weakness. If he’s not performing well, does he feel comfortable confiding in his teammates? If he becomes aware of harsh criticism from fans, can he disregard it and concentrate on the team’s needs? He’s an exceptional player. With the right manager, there’s no doubt he could play at a higher level. However, I believe his mental approach might be what’s holding him back.
