  1. would take the draw any day of the week, now lets get similar or better from Plymouth.
  2. Not bad from the highlights, though it does not give a full picture. I would be happy with the draw and what I have seen from this. Ameobi did well to win the challenge, its a shame Stead did not shoot himself rather than passing.
  3. I would accept a draw based on what I have read and the fact we had only 3 shots on target (I think). Its a shame one of them didn't go in but this is football, nobody has a right to win games and things are looking up. No need to regret or be disappointed. Joe's right about the players wanting to turn things around.
  4. Its good to see fans suggesting that Notts can continue their impressive form as of late. Will Notts win? I would hope that will happen but I think we are bound to experience a defeat soon. Provided the wheel can be re-attached and we can focus on gaining the points, whatever happens won't be a concern. I'm going for 3-1 to Yeovil for my prediction. Sorry!
  5. Good on him I say! The offers will do more good if people just got behind it.
  6. It just shows how quickly things can change! Lets hope it lasts.
  7. Pleased to see Notts pulling off another victory, 2-2 wouldn't have been the worst result but the win is a lot sweeter.
  8. It sounds much more positive right now, there's been a complete overhaul since Kevin Nolan has arrived and he deserves to be pleased. I hope the hard work continues!
  9. Get in there! We have struggled to win all season but have now secured our second home win back to back. Well done Notts!
  10. Some direct players who can do some running would be a welcome change @Riverleeno. Would anyone want to see Mark Yeates start? Should Jon Stead be rested?
  11. It was a great season for Notts. Once in every full moon the club can be successful but just like the season before and after normal business resumed. Can the magpies ever be more than a one hit wonder?
  12. It's time to do more than just talk. Mark Yeates hasn't been here long enough to make any significant impact, but if he continues to speak and fail to deliver on actions. He will be no real asset for the club in the bid for league 2 safety.
  13. Good victory for Notts. When I saw the full time score on my phone, I almost had to pinch myself. Hope its the start of more to come!
  14. There was a bit of luck with the last goal, its about time it happened for us. It looked like we more than deserved the 3 points!
  15. Very good result but the party should not start just yet, we need to see more afternoons and results before we can worry less about relegation. Preserve the title and respect of the cub.
  16. We have to use all we have at our disposal. Therefore no tactics which will limit our play, we need to keep things basic and no park the bus at the back in the hope we can snatch a win or draw.
  17. After the window shuts we can still sign free agents right? We should be okay if we can pick up some wins, the current crop of players owe it to the season ticket holders to get out of this mess.
  18. Wouldn't say no, its a case of wages and ability more than anything.
  19. The water is starting to look a little merky again, I hope Noble can get reinforcements.
  20. Here here Notts Joe, let the new era and hope live long.
  21. There is nothing you can do at this stage about quality, you have to expect the minimalistic effort of this squad but we need players who are determined to succeed.
  22. First I have heard of it but I have been off the radar for a while, my cell phone packed in and I have only just replaced it. Why was it just not paid in the first place?
  23. There are some great pictures taken here, well done.
  24. It can't do us any harm taking him on, more pros than cons. Get it done and dusted.
  25. Very poor goals to concede. Their manager calls that cutting through butter? I would say all three was gifted by the terrible defending. No need to use a knife, just unwrap!
