  1. Good vlog @ARLukomski, please keep up the good work.
  2. Plenty of room for thought here. I would have thought the occasional change would keep things fresh, a player could under perform one game and come back stronger the next. They could require a bit of rest, it makes you wonder what Neal Ardley sees what us fans don't. Obviously, I can't judge him or what's happening. I do agree that changes at some point would be wiser, with a lad like Sam Osborne eager to play he could reward the manager with assists or goals.
  3. If Notts want to play with confidence, do it as a unit. What happened to the talk about attacking in phases? It looks like Notts are too defensive from the highlights I have seen, sitting deep just brings pressure.
  4. What is the FA Trophy? I have never heard of it before. Is it just for Non League teams? The game sounded scrappy from what I have read, with neither team performing well but going off the highlights, it sounds like some good chances came. Osborne did very well to create the goal, Kean deserves some praise for keeping a clean sheet.
  5. Some fans have to accept, Notts won’t always be winning games or doing well. I feel it’s easier to blame the manager, or players. When the simple fact of the matter is, it will take years to undo the years of issues created by appointing the wrong people and not having patience with the right ones.
  6. No pleasure for you, I am sure @ARLukomski but these are the main thing which makes me feel connected to the club right now. The struggle to see quality highlights makes this a must for me.
  7. If only Notts could defend set pieces, I find seeing the highlights much harder since the club is in the National League but it's shocking when I do catch them. The defending should be much better, if it had been, this would have been more of a contest.
  8. If the results go Notts way, and they get a good home win. It could spark some belief within this squad.
  9. Great win! Fans who want Notts to okay pretty football for 90 minutes, aren't likely to want the club to remain in this league for long either. Momentum is building, the team seems confident too.
  10. Good win, clean sheet and two excellent goals. Not more an exile could say.
  11. Good day trip for the fans, but a long one. I have no idea how good Dover are, yet the form needs to continue as of late. It's restoring hope and belief after the terrible season last year.
  12. Much needed and vital information for me, it paints a better picture than any match report could. Excellent article.
  13. Excellent pictures! It's good to see a happier set of fans.
  14. Hello Phil, thank you for taking the time to write this up. I think the gist of your point is to back youths, give them freedom and let them gain experience by playing. Good read!
  15. I am glad to see you sharing the pictures on PON now @Chris, great job and dedication to the club.
  16. Well done for not going on a major rant or losing it, you did well and I enjoy vlogs a lot.
  17. The players could have at least tried to win Swindon to end the season with a win, rather than a loss and confirmed relegation. I watched the goals, terrible defending.
  18. I watch the highlights and I was not impressed. Notts looked the weaker team and not really up for it.
  19. This game could have been so much more, if the goal was hung onto it would be much different now. It's much like the whole season. I have become more than disappointed by the lack of fight, losing games does cause low morale but what I ask is why can't anyone take some responsibility on for themselves?
  20. Tough game, I fail to see how a good result will come away from home. Notts needs to try, early goals seems to bring about a different side and the fight needs to be much more visible.
  21. Times running out and a 4-1 defeat to a team like them shows how little there is fight within the squad. Very poor result.
  22. I purchased two tickets, winning would be nice but I have done it more so just to support PON. Good luck everyone.
  23. It is good to see two former players linking up like this, it shows the spirit of helping each other out.
  24. Stepping foot in Meadow Lane tomorrow will be something I haven't done since the late 80/90's. I am not too bothered if Notts lose, yes the club needs the points but for me its all about the performance. I would also hope Neal Ardley has the squad playing in a direct way which understands how to break down Tranmere.
  25. Notts bottles these games, it's such a shame but at least Notts did better than last season!
