The club's tribute to Vinter and the outpouring of support from fans and former teammates shows the impact he had on Notts County.

Notts County signs Port Vale goalkeeper Aidan Stone on a free transfer
I’m not swayed by who he’s played under or with; I’m more interested in his own abilities and I’m mindful of when clubs dress up players of a young age. All the previous signings have spoken for themselves, so I’m a little sceptical of this signing for the reasons I mentioned.

League 2 - Favourite away ground?
I don’t travel to many away games, but I do cover most of the local ones. Doncaster Rovers has nice and friendly fans. Some are a little full of themselves but mean well. There are great pubs nearby in Mansfield. One is near the train ground and another is close to the ground. As for food, I’m not sure because I don’t eat at grounds. Mansfield and Doncaster are easy journeys to make.

The search for new CEO begins
The Reedtz will still need someone behind them who knows the game inside out and has contacts that can make things happen for the club. Personally, I hope that the next CEO has worked with bigger teams than one coming up from the lower leagues. I understand that whoever comes in should do a good job, but as we continue our journey, it would be handy to have someone familiar with League One, the Championship etc.

Jim is staying
Jim’s experience gives the club the right balance with the age range of the squad. I would welcome a few youngsters and our own youth players to step up. Pair them with a first-team player; see who shines and who doesn’t. We have to give youngsters a chance; otherwise players like Jim O’Brien wouldn’t have such good careers. It’s good to have him still playing.

Notts County Captain Kyle Cameron Commits Future to Club
I think Kyle Cameron has a lot more to offer Notts and will continue to improve. I have times where I wished he would be more alert and make fewer mistakes like he did pulling Paul Mullin to the ground. If he can get that fine balance, he will be superb. I do like him and think offensively he’s very good.

Reedtz Brothers Era "Feels like a good dream"
It’s hard not to agree, but at the same time it feels unbelievable just how quickly things have changed.

McCauley Langstaff scrubs up well
Very elegantly dressed, he looks a million pounds in his suit. I hope he gets to wear it again at the end of this season, for us, might I add.
-
Kristian Dennis to Tranmere
Kristian Dennis was always a good striker - very much a player who could find space and tuck shots away. He worked hard too and always tried to make himself known. Good signing for Tranmere.

It’s good to have you come back home, David McGoldrick. Work hard for us and you will win over the majority of fans. You have always been a favourite of mine and I’m glad you are wearing our shirt again. You have the quality and the experience to make a difference for us.

Fan who invaded pitch to win bet is banned
Silly person, at least he got a ban but I do think it should include football in general. That would make some of the people think, no Sky Sports ???? How can anyone be so stupid and selfish to risk their health and others’ for a stupid prank? He deserves everything he gets.

Favourite coffee outlet
This is a strange one, as I don’t like their food but my grandchildren love it when I take them there because I like their coffee. McDonalds is my preferred choice over Costa or Starbucks, also Morrisons cafe is a nice place to have a bite or a drink.

Rumours : Joel Senior to Notts?
I don’t pay much attention to rumours until they become more credible, I will happily wait and see who the club actually signs.

Ed Francis joins Gateshead
I think they’re a good match for each other, Gateshead will need players with potential that will improve with regular game time. Ed Francis needs a club where he can settle down and help them climb up the table. I’m happy for Ed!

ireland u21 call up for tiernan brooks
Gaining experience is vital for Tiernan Brooks, but if Notts doesn’t loan him out or play him themselves, sooner or later he won’t get selected and that would be a huge waste of such promising potential. Good luck in Austria, Tiernan.

Sam Slocombe cites "overall package" as reason for staying with Notts County
This is great news for the club and for Sam. He’s been solid for us in goal and deserves a new deal. He’s also a nice guy and a leader in the team. Well done Sam!

The Dynamic Role of Matt Palmer in Luke Williams’ Notts County
As a midfielder for Notts County, Matt Palmer has consistently demonstrated exceptional skill and ability. His remarkable talent for finding space on the pitch sets him apart from other players. At Wembley against Chesterfield, Palmer’s performance was outstanding and truly showcased his abilities. He consistently delivers what is required of a midfielder and his contributions to the team are invaluable.
