  1. I was getting worried that he might not join. I didn't think he would join Stockport. But I was thinking about a league one team going for him. Like Carlisle, since it's closer to where Kyle Cameron is from. I'm happy he renewed.
  2. I like Jim. Sometimes we lose players after a few years, but we managed to keep Jim. I think he’s more than just a backup player. I would play him sometimes, but it will be hard with John Bostock. Maybe on the left or as an attacking player like Ruben?
  3. Hello, PON has people of all ages and everyone is super friendly. Welcome to the site.
  4. He’s really good at playing and could have a shot at big tournaments with any other country, but he this is not the case. I hope he gets to play for Malta someday in the Euro's. I’ll be watching tomorrow!
  5. I believe he has the potential to be a good coach and possibly even a successful manager. He is always considerate of others and knows how to motivate and uplift them. If you watch the videos about Wembley, you can see how supportive he was to everyone. I appreciate this aspect of his approach, but I also think he is a valuable member of the squad.
  6. I am familiar with him from his time at Rotherham United and Northampton Town. He is a decent player. It is evident that he has spent seasons outside of the football league, but he does demonstrate moments of quality. However, he can be quite inconsistent and somewhat temperamental.
  7. Curtis Thompson and Enda Stevens are two players who have surpassed the expectations of many. Interestingly, both of them play on the left side, if memory serves correctly. It is indeed peculiar how their careers have progressed. Given their performance, it could be worthwhile to consider making enquiries about such talented individuals.
  8. I would appreciate the acquisition of a youthful defender with exceptional agility, preferably one who can efficiently perform in the left-wing position as well.
  9. It is expected that Ed Francis will perform at a higher level in Gateshead. Although I would have liked to have him on the team, we require players with more advanced skills.
  10. Will Randall appears to be a promising player for Notts County Football Club. He performed admirably for Sutton United and seems to possess the necessary skills and determination to continue improving.
  11. Enzio appeared disinterested on many occasions and seemed to demand more ball control, which was frustrating for me. I didn't consider him a great player nor did I think he displayed a team-focused attitude. While he may have had a couple of games where he played extraordinarily well, those were not frequent enough. In my opinion, teams should steer clear of him, as his flashy goals are not worth it.
  12. These people who are supposed to know everything don't seem to know when the deals will be finalised. But I think I know the reason, let's just say it's ironic. Personally, I think the longer Ruben takes to make his decision, the more time we have to persuade him to stay. But hey, I'm just a young teenager, what do I know?
  13. I'm not familiar with Ollie, but I've heard my dad and even my grandfather complain about the Nottingham Post. I can't repeat what they say in public, but after reading this, I understand why they feel that way.
  14. Hey @BlackandWhitePie, welcome!
  15. I think The Pride of Nottingham is amazing, whether you see it on social media or navigate the actual website. It's a great resource for me and I'm really glad that it exists!
  16. I love how enthusiastic Charlie and Mark are when celebrating the goals. It really shows how passionate they are about the game and it's a joy to watch!
  17. @menzinho I believe the football players are currently on holiday. Jodi mentioned on Twitter that he had tickets for the Coventry playoff match, but he is playing for Malta. It seems he is trying to ensure his future without losing focus. Meanwhile, some of the other players will be more relaxed, as they won't be playing for some time.
  18. Although I personally do not like Wigan, I would never wish any misfortune upon them. It is my hope that they are able to successfully overcome any challenges. However, it is worth mentioning that, in general, their supporters have been known to unpleasant.
  19. It looks great, would you make me one for here please, Chris?
  20. I believe he performed well for us, given the circumstances. I hope he proves to be successful for Boston as well. This acquisition should be a positive one for them.
  21. @liampie It's unfortunate that. Chris, has been considerate towards me and my family. I believe that individuals suffering from depression require as much support as possible, as the world can be challenging. Football has the power to bring people together, which I think is a wonderful thing.
  22. It would be great if our team manages to sign another striker and a centre-back, as both positions are quite significant. In my opinion, having only three strikers in League Two might not be sufficient for success. In addition, it would be fantastic to have a swifter centre-back on the team, as this could strengthen our overall performance.
  23. @CliftonMagpie Thank you. I have listened to the radio programme now, I enjoyed it.
  24. I'm really happy about the outcome, as I was quite anxious that he might be lured away from Notts. It's possible that if another club had offered him a more significant salary and guaranteed his starting position, it might have been enough to secure his commitment. I don't mean to say that Jodi Jones is solely focused on monetary gains, but a higher league, better wages, and increased assurance of playing time can be quite influential, I believe. In my opinion, this is the best signing we'll make before the new season commences, and it's not a negative thing at all! I have no doubt that any additional players joining will be of high calibre, but Jodi Jones is truly exceptional.
  25. I genuinely think it's pretty cool how Forest managed to stay up this season, even though I'm not much of a fan myself (I don't hate them). Of course, some of my mates who support Forest might be getting a bit carried away by celebrating their survival like it's the Champions League, but I suppose it's important to cheer about the achievements of the team you love. We have to appreciate the effort Forest put into staying up in the competition, and it's a great accomplishment in its own right. Every team has its ups and downs, and I believe we should always find something positive to focus on.
