A good team performance by Notts today even though I wouldn't say that they were at their absolute best. In my opinion there were 5 Notts players that stood out for me Alex Bass was solid & made two vital saves during the match. Rod McDonald & Jacob Bedeau stood out in defense. Charlie Whitaker played well & looks to be a great acquisition for Notts. Alassana Jatta did well up front & scored a fantastic solo goal. My Man of the Match is between three players, Rod, Charlie & Alassana, however, because of his outstanding display for a new player trying to make his mark, my choice is Charlie Whitaker.

A good win today against a Morecambe side that made it difficult for Notts, but two quality goals in the 2nd half gave Notts a deserved win.
