Where are they now : Alex Palmer
Apparently he was on loan to Notts in 2019, but just for one game according to his wiki.

Gillingham's Goal of the month for January
I think Gillingham are too good a side to continue with such poor results. I'm pleased that Notts went to their place & beat them, because they did put the pressure on us in that 2nd half. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see them turn their season around. I wouldn't right them off just yet.

Weekly Chat Monday 3rd - Sunday 9th February
Good afternoon everyone. It was a nice morning here with unbroken sunshine until the middle of the afternoon. Still buzzing from the transfer of Mai Traore to Notts yesterday & relieved that no late bids were accepted for our best players.. I think there is optimism in the air that we can look forward to a good second half to the season. Just one defeat in nine games is something to build on and continue. Can't wait for Saturday to arrive.

Nick Tsaroulla: 'Notts County Fans Made It Unforgettable' After First Goal
It was great for Nick to get himself on the score sheet at last. It has been fully deserved & I believe that we will see more goals from Nick before the season is out. Nick has become an important player to Notts since his signing, & he is very dangerous to the opposition when he breaks forward. He also plays his part when it comes to his defensive duties. He's young so he's only going to get better as he gets older. Notts certainly have a gem.

David McGoldrick Nominated for L2 Player of the Month
Richly deserved. Didzy has been outstanding for Notts over the five games during the month of January. He's also been captaining the side while Matty Palmer has been injured. He has certainly been leading by example too.

Snake Pass to close?
Many years since I've travelled this road, however as a boy my parents & I used to visit my Uncle & Aunt & used to travel this road regularly. Sorry that the road could be closing but not surprised. Safety has to come first, but it's like everything else at the moment. There is no money to repair our infrastructure. If there's no money to repair the pot holes there won't be any money laid aside for this work.

Wrexham's new stand?
It's different from the usual soul less stands they build nowadays. But I still wouldn't call it a work of art.

Where are they now : Vadaine Oliver
He's a journeyman by the looks of it. He only scored one goal in nineteen during his spell with Notts. Looks like his best years were at Gillingham where he scored twenty-seven goals from eighty-two appearances from 2020/22. I wish him luck at Shrewsbury.

Brooklyn Genisini, Weymouth
What's he like defensively though?
-
Where are they now : Kion Etete
A big sigh of relief. The January transfer window has now closed so Jatta will be a Notts County player at least till the summer.
-
Where are they now : Alex Palmer
Looking at his career stats he seems to have spent lots of time on loan to other clubs. I wonder if Ipswich have bought him only to loan him out too? Good luck to him anyway.

Weather Forecast for Tuesday Morning- Aidan Stone Has Left Notts.
Sorry you couldn't see my post. Opened ok for me. I edited the post anyway just in case.- Jordan Chiedozie
Very sad news. There are too many accidents such as this on the hard shoulders of motorways. The report says life changing injuries. I do hope that this isn't the case & Jordan will make a full recovery.- Who is your Man of the Match v Gillingham?
The Poll has now closed. Thanks to all who voted. I am pleased to announce that David McGoldrick has been voted as the Pride of Nottingham's Man of the Match for is outstanding performance against Gillingham. Well done David.- New Faces, Big Ambitions: How Notts County Are Preparing for the Run-In
This is a superb article. I think that Notts have one of the best recruitment systems in the Country. The vast majority of the time they get that recruitment exactly right. We've seen some excellent signings that have really transformed Notts's fortunes. The last four signings during this January window looks as though they could be exactly what Notts needed to cement their chances of promotion this season.- Peterborough Utd v Notts County Women
Let's hear from the boss.- Aidan Stone Has Left Notts.
I'm pleased that Aidan has found another club so quickly. Yeovil Town should be a good move for him. Will keep an eye on his progress.- Stuart Maynard Hails McGoldrick’s “Infectious” Work Rate After Notts’ Fourth Away Win
The Notts team are working so well together at the moment. Their run of form over the last 9 matches proves it. Notts have match winners in their side that can produce a moment of magic at any time, but Notts also has a great defence & midfield that can defend when needed. David McGoldrick is just playing out of his skin at the moment & he is defying is age with the energy he has shown in every game. His goal was pure Premier League. Stuart Maynard can be rightly proud of his team for their current form, but he should also congratulate himself for his part in building & nurturing his players into a very good well drilled side that has a good chance of securing promotion at season's end.- Weather Watch.
Your Monday Evening Weather- First five players on your team sheet
Alex Bass has to be on the list. He is one part of the reason for the vast improvement in our defence. Matty Platt would be on my list of five. He has been Mr Consistent in the Notts defence this season. George Abbott would be on the list too, even though he's a loanee. He is pure class with lots of talent. Jodi Jones has to be on the list because lots of things that are good come through him on either flanks & through the middle. My last choice would be a choice between Didzy & Jatta. I believe they are very close & both deserve to be on my list, but I choose David McGoldrick because his work rate is phenomenal, he is pure class upfront & he is an inspiration to his fellow team members. I could easily have chosen another 5 players. Jacob Bedeau, Matt Palmer, Alassana Jatta, Sam Austin & Lewis Macari, who have all had tremendous seasons. - Weather Watch.
