  1. The same result will do just fine
  2. Elite League table 11/01/23 Nottingham Panthers playing catch up. https://www.eliteleague.co.uk/standings/2023/38-elite-ice-hockey-league
  3. A great start to the year just as he ended 2023, Draper will face Czech Jiri Lehecka in his second successive ATP final, having ended 2023 as runner-up to Adrian Mannarino at the Sofia Open. Joe Salisbury & his partner Rajeev Ram reach the Adelaide Doubles final with a fine win.
  4. Northampton 1 Notts County 1, March 1971 In black and white. Just footage of the Notts goal, but what a goal. A typical headed goal from a Notts County great Tony Hateley, with an assist by Brian Stubbs. Tony was one of the best headers of a ball in Footballing history. He came back to Notts to help Notts get promoted, and he did just that.
  5. Macaulay's move to a higher level this season hasn't prevented him from doing what he does best, scoring goals. Fantastic stats for a League 2 Newcomer.
  6. PS. @ChrisI posted an article on Nottingham Panthers in the Granny Pies Gen Discussion Forum. Wonder if that post should go into the other Sports now?
  7. Thanks @Chris it's looking good.
  8. I agree @liampie I think Cedwyn has been a big miss for us since he's got injured.
  9. @liampie we've had some great teams and players at Notts. Some of the Football we have played has been sensational over the years.
  10. Ok????
  11. @Chris will you be including a Notts County Women FC Forum too?

    BREXIT.....

"Clueless." So Notts supporters who support Brexit are clueless? Seems you want to shut this debate down. No matter. I'm here to talk about & debate about Notts ,that's what I joined this board for, and that's what I'll continue to do.

    BREXIT.....

@Piethagoram I don't agree with your opinion, you don't agree with mine, so we disagree, ok we disagree, but this forum respects all opinions as I respect yours, so I would hope you respect mine too, even if you disagree. Just remember millions of Labour voters voted for Brexit too and they are not 'Alt Right' Looking at this thread there hasn't been much debate as I can see, just one way traffic, so it's healthy to have respectful debate on an important subject. No matter how we both feel whether for or against Brexit, is it time to move on now and make the most of Brexit just as we did for 45 years of being tied to the EEC and EU? PS, Incidentally, I voted in the first referendum in 1975 to stay in the EEC, but I never voted for a political union, nor did millions of other people
  14. I agree @liampie Scott should be selected immediately. Give us some steel in midfield.

    BREXIT.....

On Brexit, I don't agree with you, but we do have something very important in common, we both love Notts.????

    BREXIT.....

@Ohh Tommy Johnson we'll just have to agree to disagree on Brexit. My number one motivation to support Brexit was to regain back sovereignty & live by our laws, not foreign laws decided by 27 out of 28 Countries. Brexit gave our government the opportunity to take full advantage of the freedom that Brexit gives us. A global UK that looks to the rest of the World to freely trade with. The World economy & GDP is increasing, and we have to tap into that. whereas the EU economy and GDP is decreasing as a share of World GDP. Whether successive Governments succeed or fail in taking advantage of Brexit will be down to those governments. Not Brexit.

    BREXIT.....

I wouldn't normally delve into political talk on here because it's a Sport Forum, but I think Sadiq Khan needs to concentrate on fulfilling his domestic Mayoral duties, rather than delving into affairs that is not in his remit. He has too many problems in his own backyard that he needs to sort out. There was a democratic vote in 2016 to leave the EU. The UK voted to leave & I believe it's time for everyone including all politicians to pull together to make Brexit work for the Country and it's people.

    BREXIT.....

For the sake of balance on this thread. Ten reasons that justify the UK’s decision to leave the European Union https://www.briefingsforbritain.co.uk/ten-reasons-that-justify-the-uks-decision-to-leave-the-european-union/
  19. Jim handled his 1st pre match press conference as Interim Head Coach very well. I don't think there will be any changes in style till the Club as made a decision about a new permanent Head Coach. There may be a few little tweaks on Saturday. We'll have to see on that.
  20. Looks like Chesterfield are on course to break all records in the National League. Of course, the competition is weaker this season, but even so, to break the points record, Win record and Goals Scored record would be great achievement for them. I think it makes Notts' win at Wembley over Chesterfield even more better.
  21. Heartbreaking news today, love to all his family.
