  1. Alexander Zverev v Cam Norrie. CMON CAM.
  2. @AmericanPie I think Stuart will get Notts playing much better as a team all over the pitch, like midfield players tracking back and other players covering holes created when defenders maraud forward.
  3. @AmericanPie agree, he looks to have a really good future in the game.
  4. We are getting hurricane force winds in the UK now but they won't call it a hurricane here. We've even had tornado alerts too.????
  5. @AmericanPie the powers that be seem reluctant to do anything about Man City, because they're probably worried they might leave the Premier League along with the other big six.
  6. Good news, Storm Isha is moving away, but blustery showers to begin with, these heaviest in the North and West.
  7. @AmericanPie @liampie the tactical analysis was quite revealing on how Stuart lined up Wealdsone. I also think it's interesting that Wealdstone have conceded 36 goals against in comparison to Chesterfield's 34 against and Chesterfield are running away with the national league. So Stuart does can organise the defense of a team.
  8. If Manchester City are guilty of anywhere the 115 charges they are accused of breaking, the authorities should throw the book at them. Relegation to the conference wouldn't be enough for them. But unfortunately, I don't see them getting any punishment because it would put the Premier League into utter chaos even though they deserve all they should get.
  9. Plenty of blustery showers for tomorrow, wind easing a little in the South.
  10. Watch out for strong winds this afternoon from Storm Isha.
  11. A record number of 9 Brits are in the main draw for the junior event of the Australian Open.
  12. This is really good news for our club. It's just like having a new signing. James has lots of talent and potentially can go far in the game.
  13. Congrats to James who has signed professional terms with Notts County.
  14. Great analysis this. I'm sure that Stuart will be working on strengthening our defence by small tactical changes & modifying the shape when going forward to avoid being exploited on the break. The conundrum will be, balancing our threat in attack, & not losing that potency, with reducing our defensive frailties. Toms analysis demonstrates how this could be done. It is going to be fascinating to see if Stuart can solve this conundrum to cement our place in the playoffs.
  15. Tom Williams has a very good tactical analysis of how a Notts team under Stuart Maynard could shape up.
  16. Into the third round of the Australian Open mixed doubles. Neal Skupski & Desire Krawczyk.
  17. Rain on the way & high winds, but much milder than late.
  18. Now that brings back memories for me 25 years ago, wall to wall sunshine, visiting the extinct volcano. I thinks that's a great idea. Will cheer us up no end????????
  19. Just wait till summer. Sunshine all the way. Endless blue sky. Well we can always hope.????
  20. Sorry for not getting back to you. There is no promotion or relegation from the Elite Ice Hockey League which is the highest league in the UK.
  21. Result from tonight's Ice Hockey match in Nottingham. Panthers 2 Belfast Giants 7
  22. Latest Weather forecast from the MET Office.
  23. I have no problem with the match being called off, it gives the new Head Coach another week to prepare for Barrow. And the results today have gone Notts way too. Wrexham and Barrow lost today.
  24. The big thaw begins.
