Fantastic to see the lads reaching the third round! Playing against a Premier League academy is a brilliant achievement.

The academy needs moments like this, and I would encourage fans to try to get down on Sunday if they can. It would be a boost for them, but to my starting point, this is what young players look forward to and it will only encourage them. Whatever the outcome, we need to be proud and spur them on.

The U18s have done very well. Fulham will be a test, and supporters shouldn't make any comparison between their level and ours. Notts are making good progress with the youngsters. I wish them well.

I am very impressed with the progress. This season, we do seem to be putting more focus towards giving youngsters minutes, but this game for the 18s is a massive chance for them to showcase their ability. Win or lose, they are doing a fantastic job, and it would be great to see them get one over Fulham, but I wouldn't want to add any pressure or expectations. I just encourage them to enjoy it.

i plan to go, as i want to give the team my encouragement and i think it should be fairly well supported. i have no idea about how good fulham are at the under 18 level outside of the comments about them sitting second in the highest youth league. on the day, we will just need to play our game.
