Is this anything Forest fan's should be worried about? We all know Billy doesn't like the media, so why is he now using them to plea to the owners?

Because he's a word I can't use.

I read this earlier, I can't believe how pathetic he and Forest are. I thought King Billy was their best pals? Doesn't he talk to the board like normal managers? I bet they got a policy in place that you can only approach them once during a window being open.

Billy "Please can we sign Jack Hobbs?"

It seems strange he is suddenly talking to the press when previously the press have been banned from the ground. He no longer does interviews on radio Nottingham nor do the players.

It would appear he is now using the press to put pressure on the owners of the club, as has been said January will be an interesting time for the Fword. I really hope it all goes belly up.

It's not a bad signing to be fair, although I don't know much about the player. I thought it might be worse, another signing from the chairman's nationality or something like that. I don't remember if they actually signed their international keeper? I think his permit was rejected! hehe

this is definitely strange. But Davies is a bit of a strange one. I can not understand why a manager would go to the press begging for funds. Especially when the owners are supposed to be loaded and are wanting the team in the Premiership. Surely to do this you need to inject some funds...Durr

I managed to catch some of Match Talk on Radio Nottingham last night and their fans are not happy at all about Jack Hobbs returning to Hull despite Fawazi saying they had paid a fee to keep him at City Ground. Another bug bear is the lack of activity in the January loan window, one guy said it was the same old story every year they are promised the earth but nothing materialises.

There have been and will continue to be lots of rumours going round that Fawazi hasn't got the millions available he says he has or if he has he is unwilling to spend it.
